????? Thomas Anderson and Associates deserve a medal for their superhero-like dental skills! I walked in with horrific tooth pain, no appointment, and on the verge of passing out. Tracy, Susan, and Chris at the front desk jumped into action like a well-coordinated emergency response team. The dental hygienist Stacy was nothing short of amazing, and Dr. Lane Anderson swooped in to save the day and alleviate my pain. They quickly realized I needed an endodontist, and before I could even say "root canal," they had secured me an appointment within minutes. Huge thanks to this incredible team of dental professionals! They are not only great at what they do but genuinely care about you as a person. I absolutely recommend Thomas Anderson and Associates. If you’re in pain, they’ll treat you like royalty and make you laugh through the tears!

I've been coming to this office since I was 15 years old, I am now 27 years old. I've been a patient of Dr. Garner before he left, and now Dr. Johnson. They have always been very accommodating to those with dental anxiety, and provide nitrous gas for extreme cases. They aren't perfect, sometimes a filing turns out better than the other, or a crown doesn't sit right, but they always get you right back in to correct any situation. I've had to wait over the weekend to get emergency work done, and was always able to directly text Dr. Johnsons emergency line to get prescriptions sent over. I refuse to go anywhere else!

I have been there the last few years. Twice a year and appreciated that they made it very relaxing for people with a little dental anxiety ..The last few times they tried to sell my mouth guard and other non needed things .Today I show up at their new office and apparently they charge 35 dollars if you want any help with dental anxiety ...the lady said .." we have a new office and things are more expensive now" ....so I left without getting teeth cleaned and will not go back.

Went in for cleaning, found out I needed two root canals. Got those done temp crown continuous fall off on both tooths. Had to take on several times..then I got my permanent crowns a week later one had a hole on it had to go back, they put another temp on it that fallen off. Reached out to manager which was not helpful she said she would talk to dr about my crowns. Next time I got a call back was to let me know my crown had came in. Worst experience in a dental office. Now I have pain in my crown.
