I had an excellent experience at this dental clinic! The front desk staff were incredibly kind and welcoming, making the entire process smooth and stress-free from the start. Dr.Martino was absolutely fantastic. She and her assistant made me feel comfortable and at ease in the dental chair for the first time in my life, which is something I never thought I’d experience. The service was professional and thorough and exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend this clinic to anyone seeking top-notch care and a friendly atmosphere!

I’ve been going to the Heights Modern Dentistry for the past year. I’ve gotten 2 dental cleanings and my wisdom teeth removal there, and cannot say enough good things about all of their staff and procedures. Everything has always gone smoothly, from scheduling to cleanings. I’ve gone for their last appointment slot, and never felt rushed. They are all quite friendly and answer all of my questions. Dentists can be quite scary, but I’ve personally had a wonderful experience at this one.

I consistently have exceptional experiences here. Today, it all started with Karina. I called first thing in the morning, hoping they could see me for a toothache that had been keeping me up all night. Karina was incredibly kind and empathetic, and she went out of her way to fit me in. From the moment I spoke with her, I could tell she genuinely cared. The rest of the staff, along with the doctor who took care of me, were equally professional and compassionate. I truly appreciated that, even though they were busy, they still made time to see me and ensure I was taken care of. Thank you all for being absolutely amazing!

Dentist that pulled the tooth was good but everything was so rushed. The nurse wouldn’t stop talking and even though I told her several times I was allergic to amoxicillin, that’s what she sent in for me to be prescribed anyway. So now I have an infected tooth because it’s the weekend and no way to help. Not happy at all that I’m having to deal with this.

This was the weirdest and worst dentist appointment I've ever had and I will not be coming back. Please read this to save yourself a lot of frustration. It started with the x-ray machine malfunctioning and that was the best part of the appointment. I was plopped in a back room where I waited for awhile; it was only after I meandered around the office looking for a staff member that things started to progress quicker. However, my cleaning did not even begin until an hour and a half into the appointment, and the dentist had to perform my cleaning because only one hygienist was working at the time. It was very nice of her to do that for me, but it was the quickest teeth cleaning I've ever had in my life. I had to say multiple times that I just wanted a normal cleaning, not all of the up charges that are not covered by insurance. I was also told that I needed multiple follow ups with an orthodontist and a periodontist, two things that no other dentist has ever recommended before. I'll be looking for a nice private practice dentist for my next check-up, corporate dentistry is just not the way to go.
