They are NOT a 24/7 dental service. They only answer the phone during those times but are only open Monday through Friday. They Definitely should update that, very misleading for someone experiencing a dental emergency.

SCAM! You start off by calling the emergency line to make an appointment and they are VERY unprofessional, rude, and just nasty. Pretty sure if I saw them in person, I’d smack fire out of them. Then when you get to the actual office, it’s no better. The front desk lady said “okay today’s visit will be $230”. We paid the $230 and they took my husband back. I wait 30 minutes just for them to tell me “okay so he needs an extraction and that’ll be $338”. They tried numbing him 7 times and nothing worked so we left with no work being done or our money. We’ve called/text them for 5 days about a refund and when they answer the phone, they are EXTREMELY RUDE and don’t care about anything you’re saying. RHONDA the receptionist at the Raleigh office is a piece of trash and rude. When we called, she rushed my husband off the phone and barely let him get a word in before she said “okay I’ll be in the request to the claims department” and hung up. I will never recommend them to anyone EVER and we’ll never be back. I’ve never in my life had such a bad experience ANYWHERE!!! Zero stars

THIS PLACE IS A SCAM. So they have 2 offices smile center (SC)/the dentist Raleigh(DR) right next to each other ran by the same staff both offices. They take your insurance at SC but not the other one. When you happen to go to DR over the weekend they will have you do this whole “credit” or whatever and have you pay $230 just for visit and xrays. So then when they see you are hesitant they say or you could wait until SC has availability and they take your insurance there. After they take your insurance money for the visit and the X-ray and you are in need of a treatment plan they tell you oh yea they can do it but it will be next door at DR where you’d have to pay out of pocket if not they can’t help you and then you the patient have to submit the claim to the insurance and then insurance can pay you back ha extremely convenient because how about if insurance denies it? Now that is your problem to get your money back because you have already paid this office out of your pocket so they come out clean. And no I don’t want this place commenting “you are not a patient of ours” thank god I’m not, but a friend is. You guys are a rip off. How is it that is the same place, same facility, same doctor but oh no no wait they only perform the procedure at the other side where they take your money first. Taking advantage of people when they are vulnerable and in pain. Oooooh and let’s not forget that when you request you dental records/X-rays you have to sign a release record for FOR YOURSELF! (like are you serious) AND! They send it whenever they please within 30 days because you know they are quick to take your money but they can’t give you your own records. B S! I work at a dental office which is why it frustrates me when I see rip off places like these. Don’t fall for it ladies and gentlemen go get yourself better service and professionalism elsewhere

They booked several people for same appointment times with only 1 dentist available. The office is super small as is and with all of us having dental emergencies even a 9AM appointment can have you sitting here all day… CONSIDERING WE ARE ALL SCHEDULED FOR 9AM LOL.

Ok imagine this. It's saterday night and your tooth suddenly goes nuclear, you do your best to spackle the tooth so breathing doesn't hurt it. Then you wake up Sunday in pain that was worse then Childbirth. In desperation you call practically every place you could possibly call and then you finally call here. They say they can get you in now. So you charge over there driving like a bat out of hell, slip into the office, sign some paperwork, and suddenly you are back. Simply putting the Oradell on to numb the place novicane is going in sends you into its own unique hellscape. But the doctor is an angel. Soft spoken young fellow, and his assistant has a gentle hand. When she takes the needed xray, it doesn't hurt (and for those of you who have had tooth x-rays you know what I am talking about). The doctor goes in, and performs what I am going to call the most gentle extraction I have ever had in my life (I have had 2 previous to this cause my teeth hate me apparently) no pain, and even afterwards... nothing. It was expensive to get the emergency care on a Sunday that I needed. But when you are in that much pain it was well worth the cost. I will be going back. My experience was 5 stars.
