I got my teeth straightened with Warford and since it switched to The Aligner Studio it has been impossible to get my new retainer. I made the 30 minute trip to town just to find out that they have failed to post their hours correctly for the THIRD TIME. That is a lot of gas money and time and I'm a broke college student. I was specifically told I could pick up my retainer today, just to drive in AGAIN and find out they are closed for memorial day. I have no problem they want to be closed for memorial day, but then don't tell me I can come in and pick up my retainer. They also have an hour where they are closed, and it is not properly sited on google.

I have one child with braces and one with aligners. The staff are friendly and are always able to accommodate appointment times if my child with braces needs to come in. I appreciate the text reminders and notifications we get about the aligners. It's so easy for my son to scan at home and move onto his next set of aligners without having to come in for appointments.

Dr. Warford and every member of staff are exceptional. Every patient is treated with dignity, concern and compassion. My children have always been comfortable and made to feel "part of the experience" when there. I couldn't be happier then to have them in his care.

Warford Orthodontics has done orthodontic treatment on four of our family members and we could not be happier with our results. They treated us with such professionalism and showed so much knowledge about each individual treatment. The staff is amazing and so friendly.
