I hesitated posting this review because I genuinely wanted to like this dentist but I have an ongoing infection in my mouth that could have been addressed by this team months ago and $500+ dollars ago.I visited this dentist on Sept. 27th when I came in with a swollen mouth. They did X-rays and held off on a cleaning since my mouth was too swollen. I paid $50 for the new client cleaning + xray & was told to see a $500 specialist to see if my tooth (prior root canal) could be saved. I genuinely believe this dentist and the specialist (South Loop Dental Specialists) scammed me into going to all these appointments knowing I have an ongoing infection this entire time. After getting my X-rays looked at by someone else you can CLEARLY see the infection was always too far gone to treat or save it. I should have been advised on Sept. 27th to get the tooth extracted and be done with it.This place will tell you anything and send you to their expensive partners just to get some money instead of doing their jobs. I spoke to someone here last month and their main dentist was supposed to do my cleaning and call me back regarding the back and forth I complained about and still no one has reached out nor have I gotten the cleaning I already paid for when I came in.I will be reporting this situation to the BBB along with any local or federal dental associations.You can see the infection below my tooth on each x-ray photo I’m attaching.

DO NOT COME HERE! They are scammers.I came here August 29th for a cleaning and was told I needed a root canal. I was referred to go to (South Loop Dental Specialist) for the procedure and then come back for a crown. The first time back I was told they were preparing my tooth for the crown. The second time I was told the crown isn’t ready and still at the lab. The third time I was told that I needed to make an initial payment for my crown so I can be fitted for one and it can be sent to the lab. Each appointment was a month apart and I’ve went out a crown for over 2 months Out of $2000+
