I have been a patient here for almost 2 years, and I absolutely love it. The staff is warm and welcoming. Doctor Ross has been informative and very helpful, in this journey of reutrning my smile. Jen and Jess are the best assistants out there!!! My daughter has her first dentist appointment coming up and i couldn't be more excited to bring her here. I highly recommend Taunton Oral Health Center ?

After a week and a half of tooth pain the last 3 days I couldn’t eat or sleep.. went to perfect dental and they told me due to me being pregnant I had to go to a oral surgeon.. called EVERYWHERE and no one could get me in until end of April… called Taunton Oral Health they got me in next day.. there was a hiccup in the road but went back a hour later and had a different dentist he was the absolute BEST. They are all god sent and I am so grateful i went to them. Nurse Jenn was the sweetest and was there the whole time to comfort me. Highly highly recommend them ?

LONG REVIEW, BUT YOU WILL WANT TO READ IT. ESPECIALLY IF YOUR GETTING BRIDGE WORK OR EXTENSIVE WORK DONE IN GENERAL… Hello. So I had to come back and redo my review. First I want to say. The office staff is great, very friendly. Matter fact everyone is friendly. The place is a nice clean organized dental office with good energy. Unfortunately, and I hate doing this, I am kind of hoping taunton oral health will respond to this because , well you will understand. So back in September of 2022 I had my first dentist appointment where I needed extensive work done due to a severe dry mouth issue I get during the night. No matter how well I took care of my teeth, they still went from healthy to needing a lot of work within 2 years. I ALWAYS TEND TO RAMBLE LOL SO IM GONNA JUST GEY TO THE POINT THROUGH MY JOURNEY WITH THEM. So the main things i needed done were a couple crowns, i had several root canals and molars exrracted, and my top front 4 teetb needed a dental bridge. My first 3 appointments were with were with Dr Wong Kim. He was amazing. He got all the prep workof the molars extracted, the teeth that neededcaps prepped, and he did my dental bridgeon my front top 4 teeth. He was great. Unfortunately after the 3rd or 4th appointment he either relocated himself or got transferred. My next appointment was with Dr G and we were only able to get a cap done but anyway anyway..after this cap, I was suppose to begin replacing the molars that were extracted. But within a week after leaving that appointment which was only a 3 months since the dental bridge was put in, i was sitting at my desk and the top right tooth just suddenly came out. So I called them, and I run my own LLC, I have meetings and I just needed it fixed asap but like usual it was 6 weeks. I came back and I started seeing Dr Ross. Nice guy, but he was so concerned about hurting me that I swear he asked me if he was hurting me every 5 minutes not exaggerating. Infact he was so concerned about hurting me, when he went to administer the novacain, the tip of the needle either wasnt in my gums, or was just barely because I felt it run down to the back of my throat and tasted it aswell as I had to keep asking for more because I was in pain. Every time about 80% of the shot didn't go in my gums, it was in my mouth. So that was the first time of having it fixed. I left, and lol no joke within 5 days I was eating yogurt and it came out a second time. I called, waited 5 or 6 weeks and dr Ross again. Same deal, was afraid to hurt me so much that it made him hurt me lol, this was 2nd time of fixing. And no lie 2 weeks went by and I could feel it was loose alittle. And no It wasn't from eating. I made sure. Well 2 weeks after it felt loose, it came out a 3rd time!!! So now this 3rd appointment, that was spaced out 5- 6 weeks each was for fixing the same thing a 3rd time, so thats 3 months so far. I was about to switch insurance soon to. So when my appointment came, I always was nice, of which I guarantee If it were someone else they would have been so mad. I could tell the feeling of embarrassment as this was my 3rd time getting the same bridge fixed that is supposed to last 10 years minimum. Dr Ross again, I already knew that I was wasting my time..so he caked the area with cement, and held it there for like 30 minutes. ...so before I left he said that sometimes there can be a vertical tiny fracture in the bone, and since its vertical the xray can’t see it, so that’s probably why this was happening. I knew this was BS and a way to cover his but. When I got home and looked in mirror, he caked the tooth up with so much cement it looked horrible. So right away I needed it fixed again.it looked like I had 10 years of plaque around that tooth. And on the tooth so the tooth is damaged. It ended up falling out within 4 weeks anyway and now I have Rhode Island insurance and every dentist is refusing to fix and I quote another dentists disaster one said. Especially since the tooth needs to be remade.Taunton Oral Health, im hoping you will help finish this.

I’ve been going here for sometime now, and I just love the dentist and nurse duo that I get every time, they are so accommodating with how comfortable I am with x-rays and advice on my teeth and always make me feel welcomed and feeling great when I leave, super down to earth, we always have great fun conversations. Hope they stick around for a long time because I’m usually super stressed out and anxious about the dentist. Highly recommend them you won’t be disappointed.

Dr. Chung does an amazing job. Whenever I visit he is efficient and very entertaining. He checks in often to make sure you are comfortable and will double check that you are satisfied with his work before you leave the chair. Also, all of the staff is very friendly and welcoming.
