Very rude employees walk past you. Will ignore you when asking a question will hide in the back of the store to not do their jobs and will also have boxes all over the store that's a safety hazard. Edit this was at 8:40 on Halloween I stayed in the store for over an hour waiting for some assistance. Only one person in a black cat costume helped, and that wasn't even her department. However the person/ manager who was for that department wearing a green peter pan costume helped a different customer with an controller purchase. Checked him out then left the station. Again very rude I was there for over an hour with my boyfriend trying to buy a game my money is green as well and it was again early the store doesn't close until 11pm and to blatantly ignore two people who were being patient and take someone else is just wow

First time I went here was in the summer. I was with a bunch of JCC people and it was a good experience. They have a lot of movies games furniture stuff for your kitchen they even have a Starbucks coffee spot where you can get breakfast. 👌🍩☕ Second time I went there was on Friday before my birthday. So we stopped there first because the food court in the mall doesn't open until like 11: 00am. I got beef jerky at this place and the checkout was a little complicated but I had a good time running around the store and getting out to go to the mall. I recommend you go to this one on Richmond avenue it's just by the mall. 🙂👍

Today I had a bad experience because I planned to buy this bicycle (look uploaded image)for my daughter.I just searched there web site and it showed as 49$. Then I went to the store and doubled checked the price of this bicycle using their app barcode reader. However I went to the self checkout counter and scanned this barcode it showed 59$. Me and my wife excited and asked from sales associate this issue . She checked it up and fixed the price manually as 49$. As we noticed about the price, we found this issue.I know this is some mistake of their system,but I drop here to help to others.Hope they will fix this issue.Thank you
