Swiatowicz Dental Associates

Our Family is extremely pleased with the dental work that Dr. Swiatowicz performed on our son who has multiple disabilities. Besides being highly skilled, he is patient and listens to our concerns and even our suggestions and for that we are truly thankful! We are also impressed with his amazing Dental Assistants and with Josephine, who deserves and "A" with her communication skills. She has been informative, pleasant and quick to return any message, which has made this experience even easier for our family!

I was exceptionally pleased with Dr. S. The repore he shared with my son was remarkable to say the least. Sadly, I won't return. My experience with his staff member Josephine was less than remarkable. She has lied more than once. It is ridiculous and unprofessional. Most recently, I was told to expect a call for a November date. (That was in the summer) I call months later to be told we are looking at a date in 2024 now. All of these months waiting, it is my son who suffers. Thank you Josephine. It costs nothing to be honest. Can't even be bothered to return a phone call. TACKY. Instead this via text message.... I spoke to Dr Swiatowicz and since we have not been able to successfully complete a cleaning in the office yet, we need to first have a visit in the operating room. Once we are able to do a deep cleaning in the operating room, we can then try to work with Wilson to help him get these future easier cleanings done in the office. We are continuing to work through our operating room list, but are limited by what the hospital allows us to schedule, something that is unfortunately completely out of our control. With that in mind, Dr. Swiatowicz can only ask for patience as we continue to provide care to this population.

I have always had terrible anxiety when even thinking about going to the dentist, but I am beyond thankful for Dr. Swiatowics and his staff! I felt so comfortable and even happy to be there. I could not imagine going anywhere else for my teeth. Dr. S got to the bottom of what was wrong with my teeth and took care of it perfectly! He and his staff are so amazingly friendly and welcoming. I feel so much more confident and I am no longer in pain because he helped me and as soon as you meet him, you can tell him and his staff GENUINELY care about everyone who steps through that door. Thank you so much Dr. S!!! You’ve made me extremely happy with my visit!

I have come for a cleaning and had two filling repaired. The staff is very welcoming. The office has a warm, inviting feeling. Even people not servicing me will chime into conversation and I can tell they have a good dynamic with each other as well. They send text reminders frequently, it would be hard to ever forget your appointment . The location of the office is very easy to find and parking is comfortable. The best dentist office I have been to. The work and the office culture alike. 10/10

Wow. It's been years since I've been to a dentist, due to nerves. I'm kicking myself now, because this was the most positive experience I've ever had! As a new patient, I felt welcomed, informed, and my teeth look and feel amazing. No insurance? No problem. They have a pretty incredible dental plan. I never thought I'd say this, but I'm looking forward to my next cleaning, which is already scheduled!
