• "I will say the staff is amazing! They are all very helpful. I am new to the braces thing as I am still young and this is my first time. I asked for “clear” meaning clear rubberbands and they put ceramic (clear) braces on. I was ok with that at first, although they did not really specify they would be more expensive than traditional braces. After spending more money, the clear brackets kept popping off (about 4 times within a month) which was very frustrating. After asking them to change something, they finally put two traditional brackets on the spot where the ceramic ones kept popping off. The traditional has held up way better. Actually, I feel as though the traditional brackets are on my teeth a lot better than the ceramic ones. If I had known I was paying more and they weren’t as sturdy I most definitely would not have got them. Overall, I’m not upset but it is a little frustrating."
