Swiatek Orthodontics

We've gone through braces with one of the bigger orthodontist groups in the area and have been so much happier with Dr Swiatek. The staff is always lovely and easy to work with and the overall experience has been so much better! Highly recommend!

I will say the staff is amazing! They are all very helpful. I am new to the braces thing as I am still young and this is my first time. I asked for “clear” meaning clear rubberbands and they put ceramic (clear) braces on. I was ok with that at first, although they did not really specify they would be more expensive than traditional braces. After spending more money, the clear brackets kept popping off (about 4 times within a month) which was very frustrating. After asking them to change something, they finally put two traditional brackets on the spot where the ceramic ones kept popping off. The traditional has held up way better. Actually, I feel as though the traditional brackets are on my teeth a lot better than the ceramic ones. If I had known I was paying more and they weren’t as sturdy I most definitely would not have got them. Overall, I’m not upset but it is a little frustrating.

I just started my treatment, my experience so far is simply great. The staff always greets me in such upbeat and friendly manner. Dr. Swiatek took the time to explained things in a detailed way so, I knew what to expect during my treatment. I would recommend this practice to anyone.

Dr. Swiatek and his entire team and office are AMAZING! They are always so helpful and attentive and accommodating. We really enjoyed going there. In fact, my son didn't even want to take his braces off...and he's 14! Thank you for the wonderful treatment and perfect smile :) We'll be back to say hi!

We love Swiatek! Not only do they make us (and every patient I see) feel like their only patients, they are professional and talented to boot! If the office manager, Danielle, ever has a bad day, you’d never know it. She greets you with a cheerful smile and by name every visit! My son had a loose wire once and Dr. Swiatek (the most down to earth and friendly man!) came in on his off hours at no extra charge to fix him up. I can’t say enough about this company but they are a model for great customer service. Three kids in orthodontics and not one complaint. Thank you, Swiatek!
