Had a 10am appointment and didn’t get called until 11:50am and that’s because I approached the rude front desk who talk bad about people all the time to remind them I was still waiting to be seen! Finally was placed in a room only to wait another 30 minutes! Had to once again ask the unprofessional staff what was the hold up!! After waiting a bit longer, the doctor came in and left in about 5 minutes! Prescribed my daughter pain meds and said if the pain persists to come again in about 2-3 weeks! Never again! I’m going elsewhere!!

I was scheduled for an appointment on 11/6/24. They call me 8 AM that morning saying my appointment was cancelled due to "unforseen circumstances". I don't blame anyone for that - I get in there on 11/13/24 (finally) only dentist I could find that accepts husky Medicaid! Everyone was very kind and I look forward to my follow up in 6 months.

Today, I had an appointment scheduled for 11am. The front desk staff told me they tried calling me, which I did not have any voicemails or missed calls that my appointment was running two hours late. This is not the first time I have an issue with this practice. I usually bring my kids to this location and they are always called almost an hour passed. The front desk staff is extremely rude and unprofessional.

Very bold of Sutton to ask for a review, but here we are. If I could give negative stars, I would. Their “surgeon” who is only there once a year is rude. Made me wait in the waiting while my 2 kids were having their wisdom teeth removed. My daughter’s faces look like they were physically assaulted. How does one person remove a total of 8 wisdom teeth within 15mins? To top it off, the pharmacy didn’t have their prescription, which isn’t their fault but they gave me a hard time when I asked them to send to the other pharmacy that did. When they did call it over, they called it over for one child so I’m still waiting for the other one, 3 days later….

Love this place .....because main st hartford office is HORRIBLE so i switch over to newbriatin office the only complain is onece they black dentist guy put numbing on my son tooth he didnt wait at least to minutes to set it in he went right in to take my son tooth out my son felt pain he had to give him more numbing again so please tell the doctore to wait a min or two to make sure they wait 2 min
