Dr. Kheir is an excellent dental clinician. Patient and kind, light touch, explains the process and cost. He is a teaching physician and his staff are exceptional. A very respectful atmosphere and takes good care of my teeth. Thank you.

Dr. Kheir and Dr. Omran are both tremendously compassionate and patient doctors. I count them among the most proficient and skilled doctors whom take pride in doing a great job. Past experiences with dentists lead me to avoid taking care of my teeth, however my sessions with the compassionate care of the entire team at Sure Smile Dental has supplied the confidence I needed to now look forward to going to the dentist. There is no question, if you are a professional and want the best level of expertise with any mouth concerns reach out to their offices.

Never experienced anything like this. I made an appointment for a cleaning. They wanted to do X-rays and I said no need. I was sitting at the chair for more than 30 minutes just waiting. The doctor walked in and said we don’t do the cleaning without x-rays and walked out. Just like that. I literally just wanted to save them some time and work since I had x-rays done a month ago. So a suggestion to the doctor, if you are having a bad day, next time call in sick. Don’t take your disappointments on your patients.

I recently had a positive experience at this dentist office. The staff was exceptionally nice, creating a welcoming atmosphere. Dr. Kheir stood out with their patience and excellent care. Overall, it was a great visit, and I highly recommend this dental practice.

Had a 2pm appointment. Arrived at 1:45pm. When I called to make the appointment, I told them I was experiencing pain and probably needed a fill in. At 2:05pm, I was called back for X-rays, which I declined because I had them done 3 months prior at another dental office and my insurance (Cigna, UFT Dental) told me that they wouldn’t pay for them. I emailed them a copy of said X-rays instead. I sat down in the dentist’s chair at 2:10pm. The dentist came in at 2:51pm. After a very quick examination, she told me that I had several cavities and would need to wait even longer to have them filled because they had other appointments. When I pointed out that I waited for 50 minutes without an explanation, she told me that I was scheduled for new patient exam. I responded that I definitely told the person on the phone that I was experiencing pain. However, even if I hadn’t said that when I made the appointment, her response was void of accountability and empathy. I waited 50 MINUTES! I understand that things happen, however, when they do, it is the business’ responsibility to communicate and accommodate their clients/patients. If you value professionalism, customer service and basic human decency, you won’t find it here. An utter waste of my time and money.
