Super Braces of Worcester

Have been with this office since 2022, the staff of ladies and receptionist are always the best to me and Dr. Moon is awesome. They helped me change and finally become confident with a beautiful smile. Will always be grateful. Thank you for everything Super Braces!

If I could give this establishment a 0 star I would. They over booked their patients and they can’t accommodate students with school schedule. Booking my daughters 13 weeks out in between adjustments when it should only be 6-8 weeks in advance. Very bad receptionist with no customer service personality. Don’t waste ur money here. And even if ur insurance covers. Find a better place for ur kids. I’m not one to leave reviews for businesses but this place is so bad.

Terrible service, very rude to children and adults and they use CHEAP product and blame it on the patient, If you want cheap product in you’re mouth that won’t last, go to super braces. thanks to them now my daughter has major anxiety. I’d give 0 starts if I could.

Melissa the manager is absolutely amazing and all the staff there are truly outstanding at their jobs. Great environment and energy. The 5 stars is definitely deserved here.

Receptionists are always so friendly and professional; my son is seen in a timely manner and the care he receives is amazing. I love that the orthodontists come out and update you on what they did and what's next. My son's braces journey has been great so far with Super Braces.
