When I was looking for an orthodontist for my sons, I found Summit Orthodontics. The initial visit went even better than I expected. The entire team was fantastic, friendly, and attentive to my children. They exceeded all my expectations. My absolute favorite part about this place when you first walk into the office is Maria and Nicole at the front desk. Their energy sets the tone and creates a warm vibe for the business. They are indeed the face of the practice. Both ladies provide excellent customer service and patient care. They always have smiles on their faces. They answered all our questions and intuitively addressed any needs we had. Their compassion for everyone entering the office creates a welcoming and comfortable environment. I'm so grateful to have found this place and incredibly thankful to Maria and Nicole. They are all genuinely the best patient care team I have ever seen at Summit Orthodontist. - Barb A.

They are exceptional in every way! The doctors and the staff always go above and beyond to make you feel comfortable and safe. It is my favorite doctor's office. We have been going there for 2 years and it's always a great experience. I look forward to it each time. They are extremely professional, knowledgeable and very friendly, plus it's reasonable priced. The team is so friendly and welcoming! Everyone we met at the office was kind and informative. This is the second ortho office my daughter and I have been to, we had been to a different office before and didn’t have a pleasant experience so my daughter was hesitant and nervous for the appt at Dr. Metcalfs but once we walked in and we’re greeted by the front desk staff her anxiety went away. When we left and we’re driving home she told me how much she enjoyed her birthday experience. The front desk takes the time to goes over your treatment cost and your insurance benefits which is very helpful. I also liked how they make sure to word things positively so they don’t make you feel bad about how your teeth look they just show you how they could be at their best which is big when you are talking to teenagers! She left exited to start treatment!

The doctors and staff at this establishment are the best! They are extremely sensitive and compassionate, in particular with children who suffer from anxiety. They make my children feel at ease and welcome each time they visit, and they are always professional and kind to me as well. Highly recommend!

Staff was incredibly nice. Masks, social distancing, etc all followed so felt very safe. Consultation was free which was a bonus for this single mom with no dental insurance. Lots of fun activities to make kids feel at home. Looking forward to son's follow-up!
