Stoutland and Hayes Orthodontics

I just finished up invisalign through Stoutland and Hayes in Chadds Ford and they were first class. Administrative staff was friendly. Sizing process and preparation, setting expectations was in line. And both owners Richard Hayes and Mrs. Stoutland were both involved, professional, and not only listened to any concerns, but also made recommendations with foresight and were caring the whole way through. Stoutland and Hayes is literally the best ever! My two older children have gone elsewhere and someone suggested this practice. I was thrilled. My daughter went for a consultation and they actually put on her braces right there, as they had an opening. She just got her braces off last week and I am absolutely thrilled. Her teeth are gorgeous! The entire staff there is amazing, super nice and thorough. It was like a party every time we went in! As an added bonus, they love dogs and welcome your 4-legged friends to say hello!

Great experience with Dr. Hayes and Dr. Stoutland. Always prompt services. Always nice and courteous staff. Made each visit very comfortable and walked me through each step of my treatment. I wasn't comfortable at first being an adult with braces but they were always very personable and made me very glad I made my decision. Hopefully I won't have to go back (wink wink) but I will definitely refer their services to anyone who asks! They have a very clean facility and are very accommodating to your schedule. Thank you!!

Dr. Stoutland is one of the most amazing people you could ever meet. Her countenance and personality is infectious. She is a true professional. You feel her passion exude from her during each visit. Every time I met with her I was greeted with a warm smile (even under a mask) and she referenced something happening in my life as, if we were old friends. She is someone I would trust with all of my family members. I currently live in Virginia and will continue to drive to Pennsylvania just to be a patient at her practice. If I happen to have children in the future, they will be her patients as well. Dr. Stoutland is called to be a doctor. It’s natural for her. In addition to Dr. Stoutland, Jen is family to me. She has been in this field for 25 years!! She could perform tasks blind-folded. When I arrive, I hope she is working that day just so I can converse with her and catch up on life. She has made this process easy and pain-free. I’m blessed to have crossed paths with Jen. In regards to the staff, it doesn’t matter which technician ends up working on you. They are all EXTREMELY qualified and knowledgeable. They are kind and patient. They explain EVERYTHING they do before making any moves on your teeth. Stoutland and Hayes runs like a well oiled machine. They keep up with technology. The front-facing (Diane and Deirdre) staff go out of their way to be kind and ensure that each person that walks through the door feels comfortable and safe. Kayla, Amanda, Kait, are phenomenal! You can request anyone and get Top Grade service. Melanie, thank you for all you do!

Great experience with my treatment here at Stoutland. The entire staff is very warm and welcoming and treats you like a family. Doctors are thorough with their work and will help you achieve the best results. I definitely recommend anyone looking for orthodontic adjustments to checkout out their office.

We have had a great experience with Stoutland and Hays. Two of our children have finished their treatments and have wonderful results. We have one being cared for now and will soon be starting our youngest. Over the years the staff has been extremely responsive when we have had a broken bracket or loose wire.
