I have dentist anxiety and a fear of dentists. They make it so easy here. They gave me the medication I needed to be relaxed. They have never tried to "up-sell" me on anything. Needed a crown, Ann ran my insurance and came back with my cost which ended up being lower than what I was told. They are great. It's hard to find a good dentist, but I'm sure I found them right here at Standiford Dental. Thank you for making me comfortable at the dentist and taking care of my needs quickly. They have gotten me in for an appointment within a day or two every time I've needed to be seen. Everyone I've had the pleasure of interacting with has been professional and courteous. Thank you to a wonderful, welcoming dental office.

I went to this facility to inquire about getting immediate dentures, and I needed a soft reline on my current denture. on the website it states they do this. But when I come in for my appointment it felt more like a sales pitch for implants, and the provider advised me she doesn’t do immediate dentures. The quote for the implants were going to cost me close to $5000 for bottom only and they would be sending me off to a surgeon and that did not include the surgeons pricing. The soft feline was never done or mentioned the main focus was getting me to sign for implants. I don’t think I will continue to come there. Also I think the provider tried to sell me on how big regular dentures are vs if I wanted smaller normal size implants would be best she then showed me 2 sets of bottom dentures as you can see in the photo the normal regular dentures were very large. As the implants weee average size.

I had to switch from my dentist of 12 years (which i was not happy about) due to a move. So grateful I found Standiford Plaza Dental Care! The staff made me feel as though I’d been their patient my whole life! Dr. Roden was thorough, took his time and listened to all of my concerns. I have since been back twice with each experience just as pleasant as the first.

I switched here recently after my original dentist retired. They have been wonderful! Answered all my questions on the phone, and in person, regarding payments and insurances. The office space was clean, very pretty, and all the staff were wonderfully kind. I noted frequently staff cleaning and sanitizing after use of tools, and pleasantly advising both myself and others about the procedures they were doing and next steps. I found this helpful not just for myself, but I know friends who have severe anxiety this would help quite a bit. The intro paperwork was thorough, and my teeth were super clean after the entire visit! They were careful around my permanent retainer as well, which I appreciated. Definitely recommend them for your dental care!

What a great dentist! Friendly office staff willing to help from the moment you walk in. Easy to navigate new patient paperwork. Staff all seemed extremely well trained and informed. Angelique was my hygienist and she was an absolute gem. She made me feel comfortable and treated me with respect. Dr. Parker Upchurch clearly stated her opinion for my care plan. She told me things about dental health that I had never considered before. Anna explained my payment option and insurance implications in a direct and easy to understand way that I found extremely transparent and above expectations. LGBTQIA+ friendly with very appropriate phrasing of paperwork questions that made me feel included and safe. I would give 50 stars if I could!
