Springfield Dentistry 4 Kids

What an awesome place! My daughter loved the play area. Everyone was so nice! My daughter was very nervous, but the dental assistant and dentist did everything they could to make her comfortable and happy. We just had an exam, but we will be going back again for some cavities, I'm confident we'll have another positive experience!

Nice NEW place for kids. In the hall it is a few interactive games for kids and even coffee for parents. Great service. Parents can relax in the hall and doctors & nurses are great with kids. And I didn’t see a long waiting line It was for us less than 5 min. Highly recommend. First time see this great kind of kids dentist service in this area. And also they are working with Medicaid.

Really great place! This was my daughter's first dentist appointment so I was kind of nervous. When you walk in, they have a play area and games which is so cool for the kids. Samantha, the dental assistant, was awesome helping my daughter with xrays and making her feel comfortable. She did the same when cleaning her teeth. Dr. Art was super nice and helpful with his information. I would definitely recommend them to anyone!!! If I could give more than 5 stars I would!

The first appointment was great, a basic cleaning & determined my son needed 2 fillings on each side. We had one side filled & my son did great, the dentist / assistant we saw that visit had great bedside manners. We returned today for the second side & had a drastically different experience. The assistant was unprofessional. They were not prepared, my son waited for 5 minutes with his mouth fully open as they searched for his filling equipment (which was the only reason for the appointment.) After they were finished, the assistant yanked my sons nose mask off …after less than a full minute on oxygen (full oxygen should be given for at least 5 minutes to flush the gas from the body’s system) bc he was complaining that the fit was too tight. He had red marks all around his nose & upper lip!! She then told me, in front of my son, that “he needed to be sedated next time since he obviously doesn’t like the dentist.” My son & I both left feeling horrible about the entire interaction. He is 7 & of course is going to fidget! I was left wondering why they are operating a children’s dental office when they seem to not be able to tolerate children.

The doctors and nurses are excellent but receptionist is very rude and they give me estimated fee but not explained that anesthesiologist fee is separate. My friend from other dental clinic was told that she can use her health plans. I called dentistry4kids for kids to confirm but no one is answering the call and did not receive a call back.

This dentistry was very clean and extremely kid friendly! There were so many options to keep the kids entertained in the lobby while we waited to be called, which did not take long. The staff was so friendly and great to my kids and kept them comfortable. They’re is even entertainment for them in the back while getting their teeth cleaned. The dentist was very friendly and knowledgeable. Explained everything patiently and made me aware of all my options. Very pleased with their top notch service. It’s the best dentist I’ve been to and we have been to quite a few.

I could not be happier with our experience! My son broke his two front teeth and they were able to get him in quickly for an assessment and in the next day for removal. They were also able to take care of his fillings at the same time. Overall it was extremely affordable!
