Smiling Sea Pediatric Dentistry

My children have been patients for several years,my 16 year old has been a patient here since she was 4 years old. Over the past few years the quality of their team members has decreased significantly in how approachable and helpful they are with their patients. It does not feel like a friendly environment and it at times feels like they do the bare minimum to assist families. I am left feeling disappointed after most interactions, especially since I was traveling out of our way to remain a loyal patient. The dentist themselves are great, Dr. Lily Chung is amazing when she is available as she has very limited availability. Dr. Lim is very sweet and takes his time to listen and is thorough with his examinations when considering braces (my daughter had braces). Dr. Wong was one of the newer dentists we began to see and he was great! Again, its more of a staff issue and their lack of bedside manners for me and the travel.

Dr.Chung and the nurses are amazing! They talk through everything they do, they provide positive reassurance to the kids, and are very bubbly and welcoming! The interior is also very clean! It feels like a fun place to be with the paint and tvs. My 3 year old is never scared of the dentist because of everything I listed! 5 stars all around! And the dolphin is a huge plus too :)

Staff is friendly, fast and efficient. The waiting area is full of activities to keep your little one busy while you wait. Wait times are always minimal. We’ve had great experiences each time we’ve taken our daughter in!

We had a great experience. My husband and I took our 2 kids. Staff were friendly and helpful. Our appointment was early in the morning and it was not too busy. Dr. Lily was very patient and understanding, it was my son’s first appt and he was crying during his cleaning but kids got prizes after and all was well!

The clinic was very open, welcoming, and kid friendly. The staff was communicative, responsive, and friendly. Dr Michelle To was very knowledgeable about pediatric dentistry needs and made the visit friendly and engaging for our kiddo.

It was the best experience. It was my child’s first ever dentist appointment, and I was very nervous about it. He is four (late I know) and sometimes does not do well with new places or sensory experiences. He also had some discoloration on his teeth. Dr. Lily and the staff were all amazing. They were kind and understanding and professional. They cleaned his teeth right up quite quickly, and I cannot imagine it going better! No cavities and going back in six months! Thank you so much!

I've been bringing my 3 kids to Dr. To for 14 years. She is excellent, thorough and direct. Her customer service and staff people are nice and friendly too. (which is rare) The atmosphere in the office is the ideal setting for kids. They love coming here.

Our 15 and 12 year old sons have been seen at Smiling Sea for both dentistry and orthodontics since they were little. We love the staff and all the doctors. We have never had anything other than a great experience during our visits. The newly expanded space is beautiful and it remains cozy and still has a family feel despite the larger office space. We highly recommend Smiling Sea Dental and Orthodonics!
