“Avoid Smiley Dental at All Costs!” If you’re reading this, I hope you’re in good health, because if you’re not, DO NOT go to Smiley Dental. This place is a disaster waiting to happen, and I’m speaking from personal experience. I went in needing a crown and was told I needed a root canal as well—something no other dentist or orthodontist has ever told me before. Against my better judgment, I trusted them and paid $3,400 for the procedures. What did I get in return? A crown that wasn’t even properly secured, a massive bill for a root canal I didn’t need, and some of the most unprofessional care I’ve ever encountered. Fast forward, and my crown fell out. When I went back for them to fix THEIR mistake, they refused unless I paid even more money! This level of greed and negligence is appalling. If you value your teeth, your time, and your money, stay far away from Smiley Dental. They’re not just incompetent—they might make your situation worse. Trust me, this was one of the most regrettable decisions I’ve ever made, and I wouldn’t wish this experience on anyone.

She took the time to thoroughly explain some difficult questions about insurance as well as even took the extra time to personally help me get started with Care credit in order to get the ball rolling with my treatment and help me figure out a way to pay for it all. Beyond impressed by this entire location from the moment I walked through the front door til I walked back out to leave. They made a not great situation much easier on me and I look forward to my next appointment.
