Smiles By Design Orthodontics

Danielle at Smiles by Design Orthodontics was amazing! I drove in from out of state to spend the week in Biloxi and forgot my rubber bands at home. I couldn't turn back, but I also didn't want to not have them for an entire week. I pulled off the interstate, and searched for the closest orthodontist. Thankfully, Smiles by Design Orthodontics was the closest. When I pulled up and explained my situation, Danielle was more than happy to help, even though they were not my orthodontist. She walked me through the questions that I needed to ask my orthodontist to make sure that the rubber bands that I got were the right size and tension amount. While she was helping me, I overheard her inform another customer that they were down two people. So not only was she helpful, but she was helpful at a time where they were shorthanded. This is an amazing location with amazing customer service! Thank you, Danielle!

I swear this place is awesome. They had the best customer service ever. They made my children and myself comfortable. I will never change them for anyone… Very clean and neat also

Summer is always hands down the BEST when we come in for sons monthly appointment. I’d recommend this orthodontist 10/10.

My daughter was having very bad head aches and jaw popping had no idea the braces was causing this speaking with Courtney she informed us it common and what to do to give my daughter some relief.. who knew well i’m glad we found out what the issue was and was able to resolve it thanks a bunch Courtney love the ladies at smiles by designs. if you want good care from the assistant up to the dentist this is a great place.

I have 3 kids that come here. This is by far the best place to go. Danielle at the front desk is the absolute superwoman. She was answering her calls, checking patients in AND interacting with my 3 year old. 100% recommend coming here.
