Smileland Pediatric Dentistry & Braces of Westborough

It was my 3yo’s first experience and it went really well. All the staff are friendly and good with kids. The dental hygeinist was especially good at making my (very anxious) kid feel comfortable and safe. The Dr was kind and gentle too. They also allowed our entire family into the room which helped curb her nerves. Overall a very kid-friendly experience so we’re happy.

Leslie, Thay and Dr Harry are so amazing ! Really nice , so clean. Don’t be scared to come in. They made me feel comfortable and trust them

I wish zero stars was an option. Do not bring your kids here. They can not get their billing straight, are completely disorganized, and have charged me for services I never agreed to in my sons treatment plan.

Our very first visit here. Very clean and well maintained office. Super kid friendly waiting area. The hygienist (forgot her name) was very friendly and made my 4 year old son so comfortable to sit on the big chair. The dentist, Dr.Chris was great and knowledgeable and took time to explain everything. My son was super excited to receive some toys in the end and can’t wait to visit again. :) Thank you!

We took our 17-month-old here for her first ever dentist visit. When I had called originally asking how soon I could make an appointment for our daughter and if they accepted our dental insurance, they were pleasant, patient, and informative. This carried over to when we arrived at the office, and the receptionists and hygienist were very friendly and enthusiastic towards our daughter. During our visit, we had Dr. Chris as our provider; he was super kind, answered all our questions in a patient manner, and was as gentle as one can be with little humans that don't like strangers examining them. Our daughter was actually more tolerant of him brushing and examining her teeth than us. All in all a great experience and we will continue using them as long as they continue taking our dental insurance.
