My teeth cleaning was great! Checked for mouth cancer, non detected ? Something was detected on my tongue, maybe I bit it but I don't remember BUT if it's not gone away in two weeks I can make appointment. Good catch! I didn't notice it nor does it hurt. Pleasant conversation and pleasant atmosphere Keep up ALL the professionalism to ALL employees

SmileCOS Dentistry does an amazing job at putting all of my dentist fears to rest. Their kind and knowledgeable staff are always willing to help make you as comfortable as possible through the visit. It’s great knowing I’ve found the perfect dentist.

This is hands down the absolute best dentist office. My wife and I both love it here, and they 100% stand by their work. At this point I wouldn't want to go anywhere else, and I fully recommend this office including and especially Dr Miller. Also, the work Dental Assistant Alexis, and Dr Darquea did today to reattach my crown was wonderful. Thank you all sp much.

My husband has been going. Today was my first day, and I am very impressed how I was treated from the second I walked. I want to give a huge shout out to Amanda for cleaning my teeth. She was awesome when I let her know how I was feeling or when it was hurting me. Another wonderful lady is Mckenzie. She also heard my needs and made me feel comfortable, and lastly Shelly she is amazing for talking me through the process of helping me understand the financial part of the visit, and what my next steps are! Both Dr. Are also wonderful people great listeners, and very attentive to my needs, wants, and goals for my teeth! I am super happy, excited to start working with them, and trusting them with my dental care. I really appreciate the free charger super cool, amazing charging. I always used my husband's and now I have my own!! Thank you thank you everyone at this office, so grateful for you all!!

This is literally the best dentist I’ve ever been too! Everyone was super nice especially Shannon my hygienist who cleaned my teeth, Kjersti and Doctor Dargyla were so gentle and kind to my sensitivity to my teeth examination. I will definitely be back. It’s very big to find a Dentist you are comfortable going to.

My family and I have been coming to SmileCOS for many years now (at least five I think). Besides the usual cleanings, we've had fillings, crowns, broken teeth, wisdom teeth removed, and I'm sure there's more. The staff here are friendly, courteous, and all very pleasant to work with. Teeth cleanings for me and my children are always positive experiences and they are very attentive and informative. Both Dr. Miller (who I typically see) and Dr. Darquea are both great dentist. Dr. Miller has a good sense of humor, explains things in a way that's easy to understand, and is very personable. One other thing about this practice that is amazing is how well organized and coordinated they are. The system for patient management is impressive. Additionally, they are great with accommodating my larger family and grouping our appointments all together which makes my life easier not having to miss much work. Lastly, not that this is super important to me, but they have drinks, snacks, and freebies. I always get chapstick every visit. With all that said, if you're looking for a dentist in the Colorado Springs area, I highly recommend SmileCOS.

Dr. Miller was fantastic! I was a little on edge about having a crown done. He and his assistant did a wonderful job keeping me updated throughout the process. A little sore the rest of the night but the next day no pain at all! I would definitely refer Smile COS Dentistry

I recently had my first appointment at SmileCOS, and I couldn’t be more satisfied with the experience. Amanda did an excellent job with my cleaning—shout out to her! I was also really impressed by how welcoming the entire staff was, from the front desk to the doctor. As a first-time patient, everything exceeded my expectations. I’ll definitely be coming back!
