Smile Starters Raleigh

I’ve been going here for well over ten years now. You can tell by my other reviews I am not an easy person to please but I have no complaints about this office. They are super friendly and my kids love them. I have never had an issue and they are super understanding about having to reschedule. It’s clean and they are patient with children who are somewhat apprehensive about their visit. They referred me out one time and followed up the entire time and explained everything to me detail by detail.

My five year old had an accident. I called and they got us in there within 20 minutes. The staff is super friendly as well as helpful. My son’s experience was the best in my opinion. He can’t wait to go back for a cleaning. You definitely deserve five stars!!

The hygienist was great and the the assistant was nice but they're shady and like to pretend they communicate costs and give you all the information to make informed decisions when they DON'T. Beware. Update: Took my child elsewhere for 2nd opinion. Smile starters wanted me to pay for a root canal on a 5 year old at 400 per tooth and my son has 0 cavities! Never ever going back. Shady Shady Shady!!!

Very unorganized with scheduled appointment… How you gonna say you don’t have treatment plan and you called me scheduled the appointment very poor business.. I will taking my kids out this practice missed work for no reason come and can’t get things done

My child has been going to Smile Starters for almost 7 years now and every visit has been a positive experience. The atmosphere is welcoming, the staff is friendly, and the dental hygienists and Dentist are gentle, I appreciate the time they take to explain everything and answer questions. Highly recommend for your child’s dental needs. They truly care about their patients and it shows!

My feelings were hurt and I'm saden by the way my 6 old daughter was treated here. We were there before her appointment at 8am, they were finally finished after medicating her with numbing medication and nitrous oxid, Wrapping her in some strap around her body to keep her still and then telling me they couldn't do her treatment plan around 11am (the nurse said she was injected in multiple spots, she fell asleep). My daughter has been going the dentist every 6 months sense she was two, But suddenly now she is untreatable! She was cool, calm and patient all those hours but still could not be taken care of SMH!
