Beware of Overcharging and Poor Practices. I would strongly advise against visiting this dental office. They have a troubling practice of overcharging the insurance company for unnecessary or duplicated services, particularly when it comes to X-rays. During my visit, the dental staff came to my chair with a long list of charges, asking me to sign off on them, claiming that the insurance had approved the costs. However, the insurance company later confirmed that they hadn't approved the double charges, leaving me with a huge unexpected bill. To make matters worse, the front desk staff demanded payment in cash before I even completed my appointment and refused to send any invoices or detailed billing statements. It's frustrating to deal with an office that isn’t transparent about their charges and won't provide you with proper documentation. Additionally, be prepared for a lack of basic services – like no wax dental floss or other small but important touches that other offices usually provide for patient comfort. If you choose to visit this practice, be cautious and review everything carefully before agreeing to any services or payments. This office seems more interested in making money than in providing quality dental care. I would recommend looking for a more honest and transparent provider.

Came in and the staff were really nice and Responsive especially the lady at the front desk! Super open to answering any questions I had. Taylor is super sweet also and was really quick with putting on my braces, thank you for helping me correct my smile ❤️

If I could give this Ortho clinic zero stars I would. My husband went to get a consult done in July of this year. His treatment was pushed back because Smile ortho wanted him to be evaluated by a Ortho Surgeon to do full mouth restorative surgery (which he repeatedly stated he did NOT want to do). We waited for a call from the ortho surgeon to schedule an appointment and did not hear from them. Smile Ortho reached out asking if we could start making payments (which we naively did and even made a deposit for braces). Turns out, Smile Ortho NEVER sent the referral to the Ortho Surgeon in the first place but was asking us for money already! We had to reach out to Smile Ortho to send the referral and they said we were the ones who were supposed to reach out to the Ortho Surgeon. They took no accountability for this. Scheduling a consult for the ortho surgeon was another 2 months (October 28) out and they said the full restorative surgeon was NOT NECESSARY and that my husband could proceed with braces. Finally, my husband went to his long awaited appointment with Smile Ortho (November 11) to finally place the braces (braces we were ALREADY PAYING FOR). He said they had the table and tray ready to put the braces on. However, when he adamantly told them he did NOT want the surgery and that the ortho surgeon said it wasn’t necessary, the staff took the equipment away and basically told him they would not proceed with the braces and that they would refund him his money. My understanding is, Smile Ortho just wanted money from the referral they had to be told to send by their own patient, but when their patient refused to get the surgery they backed out and still made him pay for treatment they never provided. Also, the space is very open and exposes patients during treatment. Not private or secluded at all. Smile Ortho staff are poor communicators. Lesson learned NEVER pay for treatment you haven’t already begun to receive. It took Smile Ortho 4 months just to tell my husband NO, delayed care, and wasted our time and money!!

They are such a wonderful crew! My treatment went by so quickly! They helped with all my questions and always were here if I needed help! Shoutout to Yasmeen for helping me every time! And staying late!
