Smile Doctors Orthodontics - Edwards

Wonderful experience with Smile Doctors. I did Invisalign and they were so communicative and on top of it the whole time. Unfortunately, I missed multiple appointments but they never held that against me. I Would absolutely recommend this place for any and all orthodontic needs.

In spite of wearing a retainer every night for the past 30 years my teeth twisted and needed straightening. The straightening process with Smile Doctors took less than a year. The one tooth that was never straightened 30 years ago with braces, is now straight! I literally have perfect teeth! The reason for 4 stars in lieu of 5 is because of the payment process. I opted not to give the Smile Doctors office control of my credit card and sent an automatically generated check instead. I think because of this variance from the norm, my check was not processed as promptly as it should have been and I received collection calls. The office worked with me and collection issues were worked out!

Every time I have to go for an appointment, they always greet you with a lot of friendliness, professionalism, and just overall make you feel extremely comfort- especially when you have to lay down with your mouth wide open. Getting my braces was super easy from the beginning, they were extremely clear about how the process would be and were more than happy to answer any questions I had. Overall they’re the best orthopedic team in the valley!

Ana is incredibly welcoming and helpful, Susy and Yasmine were friendly and knowledgable. Dr Drew was patient, kind and answered all my questions thoroughly. I cannot overstate how happy I am with my visit to this office! I would highly suggest anyone needing ortho care to visit this place, I know I’ll be going back if needed.
