Please stay away from them. They will setup your consultation appointment by saying it is completely and just before they scan your teeth, they will make you sign a contract. They charge you $250 which according to the sales person is refundable. But now when I am asking for refund, they said that an account manager will call me as only the account manager has right to refund the money. Moreover the account manager will be calling me anytime between 4-5 days!! You will surely be disappointed by their service. Also don’t forget to check the YouTube videos, especially the sting operation done by news channels bursting the truth of smile direct.

I had received my aligners a while back, throughout the process it did not straighten it only closed my front gap and didn’t close any of my other gaps. My teeth at the bottom were not straighten either. Also the packaging was done horrible, weeks 6 had 2 top aligner a in one package and week 8 had two bottom aligners. I’ve tried getting contacting customer but no response from anyone even when I got emails for retainers they still wouldn’t respond to me. I was better off with getting braces in the first place waste of money

The flosser is not charging. I called and got a recording that customer service is no longer available. I've only used it a little bit... not daily and never tried to charge it until a week ago. I'm disappointed that no one can help me charge it

FILE A DISPUTE IMMEDIATELY IF YOU USED THIS COMPANY IN THE PAST YEAR. They are lieing and saying that they canceled payments/orders that were not shipped out for new customers except I have a $2,000 charge on my credit card that was never canceled, that I now owe, because they shut down their customer service and you now have no way to contact them. Their employees all lied straight to my face when I called before asking for updates. Telling me they didn't know why my order was taking so long and that it would just be a few more days when they could of been an honest company and ceased operations and stopped taking new clients during this. They did not. Instead they encouraged you to pay full price by sending emails offering you discounts to pay in full. Complete scum.

Love Smile Direct!! Fast and convenient service and the blue light whitening is terrific! I wanted to whiten my teeth and my dentist said home blue light works great. So I asked my daughter, and she said she loves Smile Direct - she does whitening and straightening! The first time I went back to the dentist she immediately commented on how much whiter my teeth were! It's so refreshing for a company to deliver on their promises these days!!! I would give more stars if I could!
