This was the first time in 68 years, that I wasn't in pain nor caused pain from x-rays, exam, and cleaning. These folks know what they are doing! They took great care of me, showed me a couple of problems, made my teeth look great, and set me up with a discount program, since I don't have dental insurance, that made this all affordable. I couldn't be happier!

Save yourself the frustration and GO SOMEWHERE ELSE WHERE YOU’LL ACTUALLY BE TREATED WITH RESPECT AND CARE. If you don't want to waste your time, be ignored, or risk being disrespected, I strongly advise against going to Smile Again Dental. They've lost me as a patient, and I'll make sure to warn anyone I know to stay far away from this place.I'm beyond disappointed and frustrated with the decline in service at Smile Again Dental. I've been a loyal patient for years, even referring my mom and sister here because the service used to be excellent. However, my recent experiences have been nothing short of a nightmare, and I feel compelled to warn others.During my last visit, my appointment was scheduled for 2:30 PM, but I wasn't taken in until 3:00 PM. After they took my X-rays, they left me sitting in the chair for 40 minutes to an hour--just waiting with the paper bib hanging around my neck. I eventually had to stand up and ask, "Is it my turn yet?" It was clear they had either forgotten me or didn't care about my time.When they finally addressed me, it became apparent they were short-staffed or simply neglecting their responsibilities. I still hadn't spoken to a doctor at that point, and the hygienist was nowhere to be found. This is a far cry from how professional and seamless my earlier visits were. Back then, I was seen by a doctor, my X-rays were reviewed promptly, and the entire experience was smooth and well-organized.To make matters worse, the staff has become incredibly unprofessional. Not only has the quality of service gone downhill, but they also made disrespectful and inappropriate comments about my sister, whom I referred to this office. This type of behavior is unacceptable and speaks volumes about the lack of professionalism here.It's clear that something significant has changed--possibly staff turnover or mismanagement--but whatever it is, it has completely ruined what was once a great dental office. I regret leaving them a good review in the past because they clearly no longer deserve it.

This was my first visit to this office and it was definitely a place I would return to and would recommend to others. The staff was friendly and the office was nice. They were prompt and my appointment started on time. The teeth cleaning was one of the most thorough I have had! Overall it was an ideal experience.

Been coming here since it opened. It’s a very sleek, clean,and modern facility. The staff are warm and welcoming. If there’san issue (like a cavity) they fit you into the schedule to take care ofyour needs as soon as they possibly can. They’re affordable too.
