Dr. Karnam and her staff are very pleasant, professional, and knowledgeable. Her communication and bedside manner made me feel at ease and she did a wonderful job making sure I was comfortable during my appointment. Posting this on behalf of my mom... I don't usually write reviews, but as a person who has always feared the dentist, I need to thank Dr Karnam for erasing that fear. I recently had extensive work done and she was gentle, patient, and explained what she was doing every step of the way. Due to my fears, I had procrastinated getting this work done, but I am so happy with my results that I will be returning to have additional work completed. I highly recommend Dr Karnam to anyone looking for a dentist.

The Dr was very nice and patient to my 3-yr old daughter, who was seeing a dentist for the first time. I would definitely recommend Dr Karnam to anyone.

Update July 2024: Dr. Waite has taken a much-deserved retirement. After 23 years as his patient, I was concerned about switching to Dr. Madhavi Karnam, who took over his practice. I'm happy to say that she is wonderful and obviously interested in doing the best for her patients, and it's great to see that the professional and friendly staff are still there. Dr. Waite's practice is in very capable hands! I've been a patient of Dr. Waite's for 20-plus years. He always puts you at ease right away, and is an extremely proficient and dedicated professional. He and his staff are wonderful to deal with, including Tina and Freddy, who have worked with him as long as I've been going to that practice. They all somehow make going to the dentist a pleasant experience... imagine! Thank you, Dr. Waite!
