The staff is excellent. Everyone is very friendly and efficient. My daughter just got her braces today and it was a very smooth process. I’m looking forward to working with them for the next two years!

We always have a great experience at any of their locations but I am becoming frustrated with never having the 4:00- 4.30 appt we NEED available in Derry office. Not having any flexibility, later night or a periodic weekend and scheduling months In advance is becoming a burden and making me reconsider our next child’s set of braces.

You guys have been great with both of my kids braces. Unfortunately I was told we would not be getting text messages for appointments any more. Then I was told after I missed an appointment that there is no texting for the pelham office yet now I'm getting text asking how my visit was but I haven't seen an appointment confirmation text in months. What is the process moving forward?
