They so far have been so accommodating with my other dental needs. I need A tooth not sure if he is doing a single tooth bridge or going to do a tooth in gum and I been trying to stretch this out till this gets done but won't cause my dental insurance run out for this year. I am differently going for the tooth once the new year comes in so all will come together. I really appreciate all the patience around me. Thank-you so much and this has a great experience. My mouth feels so much better and I feel my gums are growing back some. I can't wait for my mouth to be reevaluated to see if this is so.

I found them great to begin with , but recently they’ve gone downhill . My son is never late for his appointments but has waited over 30 minutes for some of them. Communication is very poor……..rather than someone coming to you to keep you informed about treatment, you have to actively seek someone out to ask about it. And I agree with another post where someone said there is a big turnover of Orthodontists ……there really is!

This is the second time we have had an appointment where we waited over 30 minutes before asking what was going on. They have been short staffed but they don’t communicate that to the patients. They just let you sit and wait. In addition this is the second time they have told us we need a 6 week follow up but the schedule is not out yet. How is one supposed to plan for the next visit when they do not have their schedule set?!! I am very upset. Our older daughter had her braces done with this group and it went fine. It has been a completely different experience with our younger daughter and had I not paid in full I would have already found a different orthodontist.

A waste for time for a senior. I spent an hour on the phone and filling forms, an hour driving, an hour appointment of which I saw a VERY young dentist who was not good with a senior looking to uncrowd my lower teeth for the last 10 minutes. Perhaps he is a gem with 8 year olds. He did not wear well with me. It was NEVER explained that I need to see a dentist, then a periodontist who both need to sign off before they could move my teeth!! And more, after looking only at pictures and never even putting a finger or tool in my mouth proclaimed he would likely have to extract one to do that. I said I was never told about prerequisites for this service. His reply was "you didn't talk to me". Then why not train your phone people better to inform me so I could seek help elsewhere and not waste everyonme's time? Cocky. And I am a betting man and if I find the right orthodontist for a senior, I will put down folding money I will not need an extraction. I am not looking for a hollywood smile for the next 50 years - just to alleviate a bit of the bunching and sharp edges. I did not want to do this review. I told Simply Orthodontics they did not want me to review their practice, but the requests kept coming. If they are not clever enough not to send the automated emails to someone who left less than satisfied, then this review is deserved. Would love to find an orthodontist that specializes in seniors. UPDATE: Felt a little more commenting is appropriate. When i was on the phone interview where I clearly stated I am a senior and wanted to explore the issue of lower front teeth crowding and wanted to know the possibilites, what was recommended and what might be the cost - I was told to fill out the paperwork online so I get a full hour with the doctor Other wise I would get a half hour. Reality was I got less than 10 minutes. The doc, whose name I did not catch nor see on his smock, started by asking how my weekend was. I said fine. He asked if I did anything special this weekend. Huh? Is he trying to make the big scary dentist more friendly to a third grader? Obviously not skilled with seniors and I truly feel they did not want me as a patient at all. That why the requirements to jump through a dentist and periodontist and the scare of removing a tooth to fix the jamming. If they did not want a senior as a client, should have said so. Pretty transparent. So there you have it.

Krystal is always so pleasant with my kids, my daughter was very nervous about her appointment and she made her feel very comfortable.
