Love this spot! I’m always in and out quickly and they explain everything great to me and my family. All the ladies are great and friendly and the dentist Dr. Kim is one of the best and understands my anxiety ??

Honestly they’re amazing. It is literally SO clean in there, the receptionists are so friendly and helpful, the dental assistants are also great!! The doctor is nice and makes the appointment a breeze! The whole staff is very good with kids. I brought my 1 & 3 yr old and no tears all smiles. I honestly have always hated going to the dentist but shining smiles has positively changed my thoughts on going to dentist!

Listen, I never like going to the dentist. I put it off for years. But, after visiting Shining Smiles I can tell you I actually enjoyed my experience. The entire staff is personable and does everything to make you feel comfortable and at home. Dr. Kim literally felt like a friend I hadn't seen in years but we picked right up where we left off last! And that was the first time we met. You won't find a better establishment in the area. Trust your teeth to the crew at Shining Smiles!

Cant say enough great things about Shining Smiles Joliet and their staff! The office is clean and up to date, they have Netflix to watch while your services are being preformed and they ask you what you want to watch! Their doctor, Dr. Kim, remembers you and your family, is very upfront and honest about the care you need and what they can provide. They’re gentle, they listen to you, and you’re not waiting months for an appointment! I just called for my kids paperwork for school as we had our exams done a few months ago and right away they send over what you need and no hassle or grief about it. Honestly shining smiles is a breath of fresh air when it comes to dealing with a dentist office!

First and foremost they accepted my daughter's Medicaid insurance. I called and got an appointment that very same week. Front end staff were very helpful over the phone and friendly during the visit. Beautiful waiting room and the facility was very clean & kid-friendly. Hot beverages and cold water available. Dental assistant and Dr. Kim attended my daughter with such patience that her experience was very positive. She was happy to say she went to the dentist & her goodie bag had her walking out the door with a smile. Way better experience than I had expected. Thank you Dr. Kim and staff.
