I was very pleased with my experience! Highly recommend! The staff was very friendly and helpful. Office was clean and inviting. Dr Sheats and his team were very kind and very thorough. I’ve had lots of dental work done, so I know a good dentist - Dr Sheats definitely knows what he’s doing and made me feel very comfortable. I got a root canal and left with no pain. Day 2 of no pain.

Sheats is the best dentist office I have been too. Dr Mathis- Sheats she has much patience and is very good in her expertise. The staff of all positions are very friendly, helpful and informative. Thank you so much for everything and may you always have blessings??

this office is very welcoming and was able to get me in sooo fast, and was even able to get me in earlier than my already early appointment! And I was so thankful. I went in today in severe pain and left feeling amazing! My root canal was so smooth from start to finish I didn’t feel any pain whatsoever. And she was very diligent and finding which tooth was giving me the pain because from an X-ray and my teeth not responding to the normal root canal tests it was kind of hard but she managed to get me fixed up! Forever grateful for this place

I had a very unpleasant visit today. I was referred by my dentist for Sheats Endodontic to remove a crown on a wisdom tooth that had had a prior root canal. Upon arrival the receptionist was amazing and very welcoming. I had to complete one other form in which you are asked "if you gag easily " I checked "yes". When I got back to the room two different hygienists attempted to get an xray of that tooth. I had originally told them that they would have to use the smallest film. I was told that they didn't use those, I then advised them that what they were trying to use wasn't going to work. She advised that she would get the dentist. In comes Dr. Sheats, he introduces himself them proceeds to examine the tooth, he then asks, are you going to let us get an xray? I replied, I guess not, he then said, well you are free to go. I did. My issue was, why wasn't something else tried?You ask the question for a reason. Very disappointing experience.

Trying to think of one word to describe my visit at Sheats Endodontist today it would be like a Rolex watch: smooth, precise, informative focused, comfort, classy, true craftsmanship. I'll never go anywhere else. As a retired RN and Dental Assistant they are the best. How did I get so Lucky.? I'm truly blessed.

If I could give Sheats Endodontic Group 10 stars, I absolutely would! From start to finish, the customer service was outstanding. When I came in for my root canal, I was terrified, expecting a painful experience and the need for sedation. However, my experience at Sheats was completely the opposite. Dr. Sheats was incredibly gentle, and the procedure was completed in no time—far quicker than I expected. He was patient and thorough, and the dental assistants were wonderful as well. The office atmosphere is welcoming and positive. Thank you, Dr. Sheats, for such exceptional care!

They got me in very quickly, same day! The staff that I interacted with was very friendly and the doctor and hygienist were amazing. You can tell they care about their patients and took great care in making sure that I was comfortable and pain free. I would definitely recommend ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Great staff! My blood pressure is always high going to the doctor or dentist but they make sure I was calm enough to do the root canal. Great dentist if you’re needing a root canal I highly recommend. You always know what room the dentist is in just listen for the whistling lol he will explain everything to you also.
