I had a fantastic experience. From the moment I called to schedule my appointment, the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. They were just as welcoming in person, making me feel comfortable and at ease. The facility was spotless and well-maintained, and everyone I interacted with was personable and professional. I was there to explore the CandidPro aligner system to see if I would be a candidate, and the entire process was fast and easy. The team walked me through each step, answering all my questions with patience and clarity. Their attention to detail and genuine care for their patients really stood out.

Nobody likes going to the dentist but today was a different experience. From the phone call to schedule an appt to my visit. It was A+ service. The environment is beautiful, clean and professional. I was called in immediately and was done in less than an hour. Thank you to Selene, Angel , Laurie and Dr Maali.

I’ve been a patient at this dental office for three years. Although dental care is not my favorite, Doctor Maali and staff are excellent. Today was just as great and Will was amazing from the moment he introduced himself and throughout the process ensuring I was ok during the procedure. Everything is always explained and my nerves are calmed. Thank you all for excellent care!

Great service at SandLake Dental! I highly recommend this office! Dr. Maali and Dr. Duque are both very skilled, pleasant and patient. They are attentive and the visits don’t feel rushed. The front desk staff, dental hygienist and dental assistants are all AMAZING!! They provide phenomenal service, education, and are so friendly. The office does a great job with scheduling, no extremely long waits and they work with you to make everything seamless. Shout out to the dentists and the staff at this establishment! They are a breath of fresh air!

Anita changed my life. She was my hygienist and she helped me overcome extreme anxiety and took the time to teach me a better oral care routine. She was positive, proactive, calm, precise, focused , fast and friendly even when I knew she had a full day of patients. Through a set of cleanings and advice I feel more confident about my smile and teeth and my ability to take care of it lovingly daily as a daily act for myself. I honestly miss her lol. When I arrived the first day Kay sat with me through nervous tears and assured me that I only had emotions because I was “ not an alien but a human” which made me laugh and warmed my heart ; she helped me so much. Her warm presence, humor and skill were what I needed to commit to myself and to look for options and help. Selene the first to see me at check in and offered to be hand if I ever felt uncomfortable or scared which I was so grateful for; I subsequently saw her when I was checking out each visit and she was always so sweet and supportive. Tag (I hope I’m spelling her name right she was delightful) set up all my appointments with Anita and made sure to work with my schedule as I would work evenings after each of my visits. She took my concerns into consideration and was always so calm , so in control of what was happening in the office with such a positive and actionable attitude. Overall I’m blessed I was recommended this place and would recommend it to you. Dr. Duque and her all of the staff really went above and beyond to truly take care of me and I’m so grateful for it.

I always have a great experience at Sand Lake Dental. The staff is always so helpful and nice. My hygienist Maria did a great job with my cleaning. I recommend anyone to make an appointment.
