This dental group has the most incompetent dentists in the Valley. It's all about money to them. They hire dentists with training from foreign countries such as China. And many are old. The risk factor to the patients is high here. My wife had to get corrective surgery because the incompetent dentists here messed her up badly.

This clinic will try its best to scam your money and recommend the most expensive treatment possible. Recommended crowns that cost thousands on 5 teeth and refused to do the normal dental filling for them ( doesn't make them big $$$). Recommended laser cleaning for my mother (glide over your teeth for 15 seconds which cost 400$). When I went to other dentists, the dentists did not understand why I needed crowns and that's when I realized this clinic is a huge scam.

I had to have teeth extracted and was pleasantly surprised. This was my first visit to this office. Staff knowledgeable , helpful, courteous, compassionate. Office easy to locate clean, wait time no more than 15 minutes., parking great. Procedure explained in detail, painless, aftercare instructions provided. I am thankful for the services that I received as I was so fearful but needed not to have been A great experience and will return for future services

I waited until my process with this office was completed before I gave my opinion on it. The positives: they have a fantastic oral surgeon, and most of the back office have fabulous bedside manners. The front office is a little more business-like, and they seem to have several information conflicts with the back office, which can be troubling, but they overall did well. The primary dentist himself, at a glance, is warm and friendly. When it came closer to take impressions for a full set of dentures, my request to be allowed to heal without any teeth prior to taking impressions was denied, and so they took them with many front teeth remaining; they said they would be able to “accurately guess where my teeth would line up.” Maybe, sure. So I trusted them, as my experience so far was better than any office I’d ever been to, prior. Upon my wax try-in fitting, they told me that the try-in was not about comfort.. okay, sure. I told them the top was gagging me and I was assured that they would fix the final product. Again, they’re the professionals, so I said okay. I did voice my concerns that to have several teeth out and simultaneously have dentures forced in may be too much for me, to which I was again, blown off. I also noted that we had a long-planned vacation a week after my surgery, to which they looked a little worried but said nothing. Surgery day came, and my dentures flat out did not fit in my mouth, tops or bottoms. They were so large and misshapen, the surgeon could not physically fit them correctly in my mouth without cutting me or gagging me to the point of vomiting. They sent me home and I was told to “keep trying to get them in my mouth so my mouth would form to the dentures.” (What?) so, I kept trying. And trying. And trying. I saw them two days later, to which the on-call dentist tried to shove them in my mouth, to no avail. She was going to orajel my mouth because she “saw I was in extreme pain”, to which I kept telling her it was because the dentures didn’t fit! She ignored me and told me, like the others, I had to force them in to make my mouth accept them. Again.. seriously? I also told her the top palate was gagging me— she shaved less than 1cm off and refused to do more, despite the fact I told her I could not physically put them in my mouth as they were. I was so upset with them constantly blowing my feelings and blatant facts off, I opted to not return to this office. A few weeks later, once the swelling reduced, I tried putting these back in— the bottom tore apart my gum line, making me bleed intensely, and the top was quite literally lop-sided, with one side being thick and the other being thin. I am so upset because my insurance will only cover one set of dentures per five years and I wasted it on the lab they chose. The only reason I do not report them to my insurance is because I don’t want the oral surgeon pulled from the insurance list, as I’m sure many people need his wonderful services. That said, they really dropped the ball toward the end and left me feeling neglected / uncared for. Sad.
