My first time at this dental office and I had a great experience. I was seen immediately, the staff were great and were extremely nice. I also wasn’t cheated with fake medical codes to pay more like another dental office I experienced. I was recommended this dental office without doing any research and they upheld integrity, knowledge and care.

Wish I could give zero. First, making people have two appointments, one for xray and one for cleaning, is insane. What a waste of time (and making me pay a copay for services that should be covered by insurance at 100%). Not to mention when I came back for the cleaning, it took literally 15-20 minutes. Any other dentist I’ve been to in my life takes 30 minutes to an hour for an in depth cleaning. Daisy Trinh the dental tech yanked on my permanent retainer so hard I thought it might come off, then drew blood on my gums with her scraping tool. Proceeded to spray water all over my face and brush my teeth in less time than I generally do. Absolutely sloppy work and the worst dentist I’ve ever been to. I’m angry that I used my dental insurance that I pay good money for to come to this dentist. I highly recommend against receiving services here.

I made an appointment months in advance and they sent me a confirmation email; however, when I showed up after pulling my daughter out of school for it, the appointment was not on their calendar. They couldn’t fit us in even though they messed up. Disappointed and can’t wait for months and risk them losing our appointment again.

Made an appointment for a teeth cleaning, showed up and they “didn’t know if they could or not”. They then proceeded to do all my xrays and then let me know they definitely couldn’t do a teeth cleaning till February. My insurance won’t cover more xrays from another facility to get an actual cleaning done. Would not recommend coming here. Huge waste of my time

The hygienist was very friendly and I had no issues with her. I was not seen by the dentist at this appointment; they only performed the dental cleaning. When I asked about seeing the dentist, they said the dentist only sees me after my once-a-year x-rays. Historically, I have always had the dentists perform a quick check-up on me after the cleaning. When I went to investigate, my insurance confirmed that I am covered to receive 2 oral exams per year. I was also told that I could not schedule my follow-up appointment less than 6 months apart. When I spoke with my insurance, they confirmed that this was not the case, and that my cleanings and oral exams were 2x per year without any 6-month spacing required.
