Royal Oak Dental Group - North Raleigh

Dr. Baker is great with kids. Our 6 year old just had 2 teeth pulled today and she did great. She considers him her friend and looks forward to seeing him next time.

I trust this dentist. None of them have ever tried to upsell me to get treatments & procedures that were not needed. I have went to other dentists when they gave cleaning specials and have walked out of there with them telling us we needed over $10k in treatments (That was village dental). I came back here & none of the multiple root canals & other alleged procedures were ever needed. It’s been over a year now, back here at Royal Oak, with standard cleanings & no problems - still have not needed any of the procedures alleged by those other dentists. Those free initial cleaning deals are not worth it, having a dentist you trust is far more valuable. As long as I’m in Raleigh, this will be my dentist.

The dentist and hygienist were nice, but the admin staff never told me they weren't in network with my insurance (Delta), and in fact told me specifically I would be fully reimbursed. Now I am stuck with an almost $200 bill for getting a cleaning.

After having a front tooth crown shatter all of a sudden, it was a blessing knowing I could trust the staff at Royal Oak North Raleigh. I truly appreciate Dr. Jacob Smith taking the time to guide me through the first steps at recovery and answer all of my questions that allowed me to find comfort in a scary situation. The care provided was much less painful than I thought it could be and really settles my fear of a crown replacement moving forward. I greatly appreciate the care to detail in making sure the crown matches the rest of my teeth and will continue to appreciate it every time I smile in the years to come. Thank you Dr. Smith and the Royal Oak staff for their work of the highest quality.

I was very pleased with my first visit with everyone there. So pleased that I will be changing my dentist and highly recommend that they should at least give them a try if they haven't already!!! Very Happy!!!!!. I had to go for fillings and now that my teeth feel better so do I. It feels amazing being able to chew on both sides of my mouth again. Thank you!!
