Roseman Dental

My experience at this school was amazing, I was super nervous to come to a school but had no other options as my insurance lapsed and I needed a cost effective visit for a dental emergency. Kendall and Parker on team 1 were amazing, they were extremely professional they took such great care of me, and made me comfortable being in a school setting. They answered all my questions, took all of my concerns into consideration and came up with a plan that would be cost effective in the long run and went above and beyond to find a solution to save my tooth. The would highly recommend this school to anyone in need of cost effective care. 10/10 service

So wonderful!! My best friend came her and has had such an awesome experience. So, I thought I would try them out. I mean they have to learn somehow! The place is AMAZING!!! I have had nothing but a great team! I'm needing upper dentures and every dentist I have been to all they want to do is sell me implants and to save my teeth. Um no I can't afford them! And my teeth I'm sorry I got the bad teeth gene! The team and the Dentist that was over the group LISTENED to ME! The REAL dentist looked, and he agreed that it would be better that I get dentures for the upper and then a partial for my lower as they are not as damaged and have few issues. That I'm ok with, he understands that yeah not everyone has the money for implants and the dentist out in the "Real World" (Thats how he did it too) need to stop pushing them when they know patients can't afford them. The team has been great though! I plan on taking my kids there, they have it ALL it is like a ONE Stop Dentist! LOVE IT!!!!

I can’t believe I had to get my heart set and then get my heart shattered to find out that I’m just gonna have an ugly mouth because I can’t afford it because I’m so low on my self-esteem and self worth because of how much I get judged. Now that all my teeth are gone and no replacement I’m a toothless 41?yr old man with no hope of looking like a normal person again. I would’ve rather kept my infected teeth it would’ve hurt way less and I went through all that torture and pain for nothing. They complain about my attitude but they didn’t except me From the minute I walked in there because they denied me on my animal first day. I should’ve taken that for my son, but now they got a little bit extra money out of me and then told me they’re not gonna help me. Thanks, Roseman.

I waited a year to write this review, I am not the person to write negative things, much less complain. But unfortunately this situation was life or death, a while ago my orthodontist suggested that I remove my wisdom teeth to be able to put on braces, which led me to this horrible place. I decided to do it with Roseman dentists, they removed both my wisdom teeth on the same day. They were two students about to graduate which is fine, the doctor who was “obsessed” with them spent 5 minutes explaining what they were going to do and then left me alone with two students extracting my wisdom teeth. (I remember it was a girl who wears a headscarf and the other was a boy) everything went very quickly that day I remember that I didn't feel pain other than when they gave the anesthesia, but I did notice something different the next day on my face. It was bigger than normal. I did know that there was going to be some kind of inflammation, but not with that swelling and not with that pain that I couldn't even open my mouth to drink water with a straw. I returned with this pain crying back to the hospital. place where they extracted my wisdom teeth and the doctor told me that everything was “totally normal”that nothing was happening, that "it was normal." I remember that that same day at night I had to go to the hospital in an emergency because I couldn't stand the pain, the doctors did x-rays on me. X and they examined everything and it turns out that the infection was going to my head and that is why it was the reason for what I no longer saw for one eye the infection was so great that they had to operate emergency to drain the whole flow that I had accumulated because in a matter of 24 hours a huge infection was created because it turns out that the doctors or students had left a piece of tooth in my gums, without caring about anything, not even the result of all this, I was in the hospital for 7 days, My bill was more than 16 thousand because I had to have surgery and stay under observation until I recovered, unfortunately cheap is expensive!! I do not recommend this place at all, no matter how cheap it is. THEY ARE NOT PROFESSIONAL and it is not fair that they continue doing this to people who do not have the resources to pay. It is not fair that they did this to me since I returned to this place and they checked me and still they couldn't help me, This place deserves to be closed and sued for situations like this! I least I want my money back

I call for and app for 8am and then a got a message to confirm a day before but it came in at 9am so I call to cancel because I had work . then I got a call from the front desk and she said to me that I could no longer be a patient there because I had call 2 other times before. they done some work on my teeth and one side off my face is numb they experiment on me. they had done a root canal on me in anothere location before I come to them they knew that I need it a bridge because I told them that I got that done. and they did take xray. they never told me that I need it a bridge the waited in until it broke so they could extract my tooth and in the process they damage my nerves in the righ side of my face they told me I couldn't go to them no more because I had metion to them that I was no longer feeling part of my face . so think twice before you go to this places were is cheap this people have no heart I feel use and not value as a person. I post this so hopefully it stop a couple of you that still have a chance to make a better choice

Not happy with having to go in repeatedly just in hopes to be able to get dentures. Been a year now and still waiting. I will be waiting another 10 years before they finally get dentures done. Feels very discouraging with no progress towards the goal of dentures. They want to do things their way and save the almighty rotting tooth for future incomes rather than just doing what l want pulling and being done with it. Burnt out on always having to go down there with no progress on dentures. So many wasted trips just sucking off my insurance, copays, gas time and resources. I know that l will need to find another place to get dentures. Remember people, each tooth that they can work on and save is future income for these dentists as opposed to just pulling and putting in dentures to make the customer happy.
