ROMO is the best I use to take my kids an me an my husband to him over 20yrs ago an he was amazing then. We moved 40 mins away an unfortunately I didn’t want to take the drive back and forth to him. I tried many other dentist around an never was satisfied. I took my daughter back to Romo over 2 years ago an he took care of her my husband has gone back to him over the years an now myself found my way back to him an I’m willing to take the drive for such an amazing dentist. Theirs just no one like him. He makes you feel comfortable he explains things to you an he knows what he’s doing. I TRULY recommend him. He’s always been the best!!!

My mom has been going though orthodontic treatment in this office and she was supposed to get her braces off today and this office had her wait 2 hours just to tell her that they will not remove her braces due to the insurance payment hasn't been received to their office yet. What kind of dental office won't finish treatment due to this????? I have NEVER heard of this anywhere!!!!!! The orthodontist also is extremely Rude never speaks to my mom or says hi or good morning. Once she finishes her orthodontic treatment she will NEVER return to this office.

I went yesterday bc I had a horrible tooth pain and everyone was extremely nice. The doctor was amazing and the dentist assistant was very sweet! Even the receptionist was very understanding knowing I couldn’t really talk. Its super clean and they were fast. Prices are reasonable and they work with you. I really love this place and Im gonna keep coming here to finish fixing my mouth!

I love this place but i have to make some change because they want little kids go lonely on the room with them now this day as a parents everything scared i don't let my kids to entry wit them alone now looking for new dentist

Bad experience with dr. Save your money and ur tooth n go to different place , am never coming back . After my tooth pull am still in pain from gum . After coming 3 times visit . SMH they need be CLOSED .

We have been taking our son's here for years, for the most part the service is good. Dr. Romo himself is very patient with his patients. There have been some of the technicians that could use better customer service training. I don't know if they were ever told, that they are dealing with people and with sensitivity and pain. This last time that my son began his treatment with braces, the first visit even though it was painful, he told me the one technician was patient and nice. And this week, he had his second appointment, and a different technician, Liset, who he told me was in a mood like she didn't want to do her job distracted with the television. She had to redo her work twice, and in the process was rude. Again, this treatment is not cheap and so far the treatment from this office was fine, but if you are dealing with people on this personal level and with sensitivity and pain that they have to deal with after they leave the office, you would Expect the technicians treating you to be professional and the patient and willing to do their job.
