I really liked this place. The ambience, front desk, hygienist and the dentist I saw were all really great!My problem was that I paid for a procedure up front, had some car trouble, so I then had to cancel my procedure.It took me a month and 4 phone calls to finally get some of my refund. I did not get back even half of the money. I am not very happy because I canceled my appointment and was told I would be refunded the whole amount but that is not what happened.I was supposed to be helped by someone named Bev who did not call me back for 3 weeks, and when she did she left me a message that she had used the money that I wanted refunded to pay off balances on my account.It was very disappointing because this was the first time I had ever been to this office, and I received no communications about my refund or what it was paying off. My best guess is the money was used to pay off my husband's cavities that he had filled the week prior to my partial refund hitting my account.I canceled my procedure because I was having car trouble and needed that money. For my money to be used in a way that wasn't communicated to me is not good practice.I am disappointed in how Bev decided to handle my refund. I liked this dentist office and was going to reschedule my appointment in the future but now I am very uncomfortable with how my money might be handled in the future.

Dr. Landen Rogers is amazing. He had so much patience through my procedure that should have been 30 minutes and ended up being four hours! I now have a new dentist and am extremely grateful for him. Highly recommend!

We were very pleased with our experience. Dr Landon was excellent and the whole staff was amazing. They were able to verify our insurance and accept it without any problems. We are so grateful that we were able to find such a great dental practice.

Been going here for 5 years and always had good care. Last yr got 2 crowns put on per dr rogers request- said teeth needed em. Well now less than yr later having them, severe hot/ cold sensitivity on them. Now a root canal is needed! Should have left teeth alone- never had any pain b4. DONT GET CROWNS!
