Very professional and welcoming staff from the receptionist to the Dentist. You can tell they really truly care for their patients. Answered all my questions and concerns. Spent the time to figure out all my options with me. Really felt comfortable and welcome. Highly recommend going to see them for a consultation on implants.Really felt like I was family. Well done.

The office is tucked between bigger stores and has a small storefront. You could easily miss it, But once you get in, it goes way back, it's very big office. Great decor free snacks and water.Nice comfortable seats The people were super friendly. I was a couple minutes late, they didn't say anything. Did my paperwork last second And they didn't seem to freak out about that. The doctor was very knowledgeable - seemed to know her stuff. Everybody I talked to was actually very knowledgeable the equipment for the exam was very state of the art . The MRI, or actually xray machine or whatever it was, quick and comfortable . It creates a three d image of your head, your mouth area the product is very accurate and easy to see . The implants are very well made and look great. The prices seem to be in line with what I've heard from other people so I would definitely recommend going there for a consultation. S.S.

I visited Dr. Mancini’s office without an appointment for a minor issue with my implants. Her staff was extremely accommodating and had me wait only a few minutes before asking Dr. Mancini if she could see me. She did, and I have to say, that’s excellent customer service. She’s very kind, and her staff are top - notch. I highly recommend Dr.Mancini and her staff to others.

I went in for a consultation for an all on four bridge for top and bottom. They were very thorough with the process, and explained how each step worked. My only complaint was the lack of transparency in the process prior to the appointment. I had searched online, watched multiple videos of theirs and went through them because I had read they offered financing, without the mention that if you do not get approved for the full amount through the two financing options that they had you did not have any other options. They should really consider in house financing or preset payment options for those who may not get approved. Despite this. It did not detour me; I just will be unable to get the work done till I am able to come up with the large lump sum at once. All in all, they were welcoming, inviting, and had a beautiful office.

Our visit was great. I had lots of questions and they had no problem answering. Honest and straight forward. The price is reasonable considering the work they do and the care they provide. Very personal and understanding. I have not gone forward with the work needed but as soon as I'm ready I'll definitely be going back to the same location. Dr. Alyssa Mencini and her entire staff are wonderful. I had a private dental consultation and couldn’t have felt more at ease. The implant process was explained to me in a way that I understood exactly what was going to happen on the day of my procedure. The entire process was a breeze and I know that I’m in good hands.🤗

I love these wonderfully beautiful and talented people .! So kind and inviting’ they are glad you are there .they treat you like you matter !!! These people love people it’s a profession making money but they really do care about you as a person , and they WANT to help you !!! they spend time with you, a lot of time with you ,finding out who you are ,what do you want to do . They tell you , these are your other options. And they wait for your decision or more questions!!! It’s absolutely amazing. I’ve been to a few dentists in my 63 years and these folks have it down pat Dr Mancini and Kat answered ALL my questions. Yes even the hard questions! Thank you Dr and staff for making a typically very stressful situation remarkably easy to navigate!!!! I’m sold.I need to get financing but I’ll not go anywhere else to get this much needed work done !no need to second opinion !! I did my homework first and Dr M. And staff filled in the blanks !! She knows what she’s doing!!! And when she’s says this is what you need I believed her , you can too !! See ya soon Doc. Scottie!!
