I’ve always dreaded going to the dentist, and a big part of that stems from my sensory issues. The sounds, the feeling of the tools, and the general experience are far from enjoyable. Recently, my situation became even more challenging due to a disability that has heightened my sensitivity to sound, touch, and other sensory triggers. These issues can cause my body to tremor violently, which has made even routine medical visits daunting and, frankly, disruptive. When I had no choice but to see a dentist, I was nervous and unsure of how it would go. But Dr. Foskins and his team went above and beyond to ensure I was as comfortable as possible. From the moment I arrived, they demonstrated empathy, patience, and a genuine commitment to making my experience positive. Not only is Dr. Foskins efficient and skilled, but his staff is also incredible. They work quickly, effectively, and truly care about their patients. One thing that stood out to me was how Dr. Foskins personally called me on Thanksgiving to check in after a particularly difficult appointment. That small act of kindness meant so much. I cannot recommend Dr. Foskins and his team enough. If you’re looking for a dentist who not only provides excellent care but also treats you with compassion and respect, look no further.
