I cannot express how disappointed I am in Dr. Heather Southard. My family and I have been her patients for several years now but we will no longer be seeing her. My daughter saw Dr. Southard to have crowns placed on her two front teeth. Five visits later, my daughter is now having to go to an endodontist for a root canal. She has been in excruciating pain, missing school, missed ball practice, and missed work because Dr. Southard shaved too much of her natural tooth causing an inflammatory response. Now, Dr. Southard is not accepting any of the responsibility and we are out another $1000. My daughter is very scared of how all of this will turn out. How is this okay?
