Dr. Rakutt and his staff are great. They do fantastic work and make sure that you are comfortable. I highly recommend them if you are looking for a new dentist in the Louisville area!

highly recommend. i was very anxious about going to the dentist again after 3 or so years, and i let them know in my notes. they were all super kind during the cleaning, never had to wait, were very reassuring, and i was in and out in less than 25 minutes for two small fillings.

Dr Rakutt is great, he made my teeth look beautiful. I had broken my front tooth and was embarrassed to smile. He gave me a fantastic smile. Walking into his office and interacting with his staff was like being with your own family, they are so nice, Carlotta puts you so at ease you really don't mind going to the dentist. I highly recommend Dr Rakutt and his staff.

Dr Rakutt is an amazing dentist. He has done wonders on my teeth over the past several years. He is kind, and compassionate, and never tries to sell me anything I don't need. So thankful for an honest dentist.

I recently decided to change dentists, and after some research found this provider. I called and filled out all the paperwork to transfer over. I was able to make an appointment a few weeks out, so I cancelled at my current practice. Now a week before the appointment, I received a phone message that they needed to reschedule. When I called they informed me they can't see me now due to short staffing and to call back in several months. This is after I cancelled at my old practice. Extremely frustrating process that I wasn't even able to make another appointment. I would not recommend any new clients contact them. I was looking forward to this new dentist with great reviews, but bad customer service and experience with them.
