Radiant Smiles

Had a GREAT time here. It's rare to have a "great" time at the dentist, but the entire staff is just SO lovely. They're hilarious and super accommodating. Dr. Azzam is PHENOMENAL. She's so professional and she did an excellent job. I'm so happy I found her as my dentist. Maria, her assistant, was also amazing!! Both of them communicated clearly with me and made sure I was comfortable (I'm a baby with a low pain tolerance). FIVE OUT OF FIVE STARS!!!

My gum was swollen and I was in pain when I walked in & Frankie accommodated me helped me make an online account with my dental insurance and Dasha who helped me with Xray and photos of my gums was very helpful & friendly too. Dr Lillian Azzam checked my gums and explained fully the best treatment for me. Now , Santiago who thoroughly explained the procedures to be done and the amount of copay I need to shoulder is not only knowledgeable but very helpful in explaining the advantages of the procedures that I needed .So from the reception to all other staff I say they have the best customer service. Highly recommended guys !

This place is horrible. I took my daughter to her first appointment with Radiant Smiles and we waited an hour before we were called back. There was 2 people at the front desk checking in patients, answering phones and trying to do paperwork. They were back up and locked flustered and confused. When we’re called back, after reminding them that we had been waiting for over an hour, my daughter sat there another 10 minutes before her X-rays were done. I’ve been to many dentist over the years having 4 children and I’ve never experienced such unprofessional behavior. The dental assistants in the back were laughing and talking amongst each other while patients were waiting in there rooms. After speaking with the dentist about treatment. I went to check out and they had added more treatment to my child’s paperwork which I hadn’t spoken with the dentist about and I was told that this treatment (gum cleaning) wouldn’t be covered by my insurance and we had to pay out of pocket. And they wanted to do it now. I told them I need to reschedule. I had been there for hours and had things to do. He scheduled me for 2 days later. After my daughter complained and we decided we wanted to try to find a different location I called to cancel our appointment and was told there would be a $50 fee. They are an unprofessional, money hungry company that does not value their patients. I Would never recommend Radiant Smiles to anyone.

Dr Azzam is amazing. I have had so many problems with my dentures in the past. She took all my concerns and complaints and addressed each one. Even with all the awesome care I received I still had some doubts going in to pick them up. THEY FIT AND LOOK GREAT!! I couldn’t be happier. Thank you so much!

I’m a new patient as of this year. I went in January for my initial exam and there was a ton of work that I knew I’d need..they were really clear and explained my options. Dr. Ruiz gave me options and his honest feedback and opinion on the work that was needing to be done within the time frame I was hoping to have it all completed by. I never felt hustled. My work is completed as of today and I’m really happy with the work that was done. So thanks to Dr. Ruiz, his dental assistants and the Hygienists! The staff is very down to earth and I didn’t have issue with scheduling or getting any type of response from them.

Chelsea is the G.O.A.T.! I’ve never seen anyone interact with children the way she did. She made going to the dentist fun for them, and for that, I am truly grateful!
