Quail Creek Dental

I was in the middle of an extensive procedure that takes a lot of time & several visits. I was having a very painful issue and called my regular dentist and discovered he was out unexpectedly for a couple of weeks. I was desperate for help and called a couple of places listed as ER offices. Because I was “in the middle” of treatment nobody would see me. I called Quail Creek in the afternoon and they agreed to see me the next morning. Dr. Stunkel came in and talked to me to explain why this was tricky, but said they would do what they could. He left me with Crystal who was kind, caring, compassionate and patient. She took a lot of time with me trying to get me fixed up and I left there finally pain free after a full week of only being able to eat oatmeal, mashed potatoes, etc. She seriously went above and beyond and I will be forever grateful that they were willing to see me. If you need a dental clinic, I highly recommend that you call Quail Creek Dental!

I needed a new crown as mine had broken over a weekend. I called first thing on that Monday and Quail Creek Dental was able to fit me in the same day for my emergency. Everyone was professional and kind and the facility was very clean with a very pleasant atmosphere. I left that day with a nicely fitting temp. crown. I returned the next week and had my permanent one fitted. I think the cost of the crown was extremely reasonable. I will continue to return here for my continued dental care.

I had an emergency dental problem and my dental office that performed the original procedure couldn't get me in for weeks. I googled dental offices that accept emergency patients and called Qual Creek Dental. I only had to wait less than 24 hours to get in and everyone there made me feel comfortable and each was empathetic to my problem. My first impressions of everyone I met yesterday was positive and uplifting. I had gotten used to being ridiculed and demeaned at the last dental office, so I took a leap of faith and moved forward with treatment at Quail Creek. As a result of my procedure, I'm pretty sure I met most of the staff and when I left after 5.5 hours, I felt like I had made new friends, and I look forward to my follow up visit in a couple of weeks. In my experiences in the past, I have not been so impressed as I was yesterday. I STRONGLY recommend Quail Creek Dental to ANYONE wanting a dental office who cares and offers a state-of-the-art facility focused on the best options for their patients.

For people that suffer from severe anxiety at a dentist office he must be magic ? because I felt so comfortable!! Crystal is just what every patient needs, a cool calm and collected gal with an awesome personality that sets you up for a super chill appointment, I felt like I’ve know her for years and her kindness and professionalism speaks volumes!! I had a root canal and a crown. I was treated so very well and taken care of with wonderful smiles. They worked with my insurance and helped me take care of any fees. When I accidentally dropped the crown off my tooth, the office got me in the next morning, checked to see why it fell off the tooth, I think I bit down to hard, checked to make sure the crown was still okay and glued it back on. They wouldn't even let me pay for their time. The dental assistant was so great and very understanding!
