My husband and I are FORMER patients of Dr. Montgomery we have been patients for 3 years. I am not one to complain or write negative reviews - but this is unacceptable. We received a bill for $21.00 and was hit with a late fee of $85.00 that is a 400% uplift in a late fee percentage....CRAZY..... We have never received a late fee before EVER....and after paying several thousand dollars after insurance this is how we were treated. I went to pay the bill and I was told by the office staff (Lisa) that she would have to check with the "accountant" to see if the late fee could be waived. Again, I have never seen a company that has a 400% late fee rate!! RIDICULOUS!!!!! We have never been treated by office staff that are so unkind, nasty, rude and inconsiderate without any regards to the people that pay their wages! All patients deserve to be treated with compassionate and empathy FIRST!!! We will NEVER recommend this place!!

This was my first appointment with Q and A dental and honestly it was good. I truly despise going to the dentist. There is nothing about the dentist that makes me feel comfortable or at ease. The dental hygienist who worked with me was compassionate and conversational in regards to my dental care. Hopefully the environment stays this way. I will be providing an update if there are any changes. So far so good. The dentist himself is nice as well. He appears to know his information and care not just about the appearance of teeth but the overall care.

Lisa was so nice and helpful setting up.my appointment and Natalie provided a fantastic cleaning! Dr. Montgomery has a beautiful office and a great staff! Definitely will recommend to my family and friends! Thank you!

1st time here.Natalie is a awesome hygienist. Very detailed.Dr. Montgomery is very thorough.Great experience 😃!!Sent my boys here and they like. They have late times so it doesn't interfere with their school schedule.

The staff is simply phenomenal. Very knowledgeable, patient, gentle, and caring. They are very good at explaining processes and what to expect which puts me at ease. I’m extremely pleased and without a doubt I highly recommend them to my friends and family.
