Dr. Park and her team made my visit extremely quick and easy from start to finish! Everyone is so kind and patient throughout every process (and not to mention, the office itself is beautiful and welcoming). Being surrounded by bright, cheery windows AND delightful people made my dental anxiety nonexistent!

Dr. Park and her entire staff are very professional and I love the friendly vibe at her office. I had heard that adult teeth were supposed to be very challenging, but she did an amazing job! The cosmetic results surpassed my expectations. My bite is perfect. And an added bonus is that I can actually floss now without having to muscle the floss between those previously snaggled teeth! Toward the end of the treatment, Dr. Park and her associates made sure everything was perfect before they took everything off of my teeth. I couldn't recommend this office more!

Dr. Park and the team at Progress Ridge Ortho are absolutely fantastic. From my first visit Dr. Park & team gave me confidence that my lifelong goal of having straight teeth and a great smile could be achieved. They are friendly, professional, and very knowledgeable. I felt like I was well equipped to make a thoughtful decision... which, now upon completion of my treatment, I couldn't be happier with. Dr. Park and her amazing staff make my kids actually look forward to going to the Orthodontist. Reasonable prices, fun group of people and we all feel special when we are there. Highly recommended!

I am extremely disappointed with this Orthodontics place. First, I felt pressured into getting the invisalign retainers. I told the person that I think the old type of retainer with the metal bar would work best for me. I was told the Dr prefers the invisalign and in the long run they would be cheaper. So I went with it. 1 week of having them and they didn't feel right and I was getting a headache. I went in for them to shave them down. Another 2wks and they still don't feel comfortable, they don't cover my back molars completely and they give me a headache. I've explained this to them twice and all they say is "you can pay for a different type." I'm not paying another $500 for a completely new set of retainers. I've complained 3 times to them and they've done NOTHING to rectify this issue. When I met Dr Park for the first time, she not once introduced herself to me, not did anyone else do introductions. Then she proceeded to put her fingers in my mouth to check the retainer them told me "of course it's a tight fit, your teeth are crooked and crowded." Hmmmm...really?! I had no clue! *sarcasm* Awful experience and I'm stuck with retainers that are nothing but problems for me. Reply: $500 doesn't work for me. I paid it once, I'm not paying it again. When a medical Dr fits you for a device and it's not working out, they do everything they can to fix it. Guess not dental drs though.
