I had been in contact with Christina one of the staff @ this location for about a month setting up my appointment and getting some paperwork in order and she was very pleasant, friendly, and helpful. The dentist Dr.Vladimir Tismensky was so professional with his procedure. He talked to me during the procedure and kept me informed and me being visually impaired he saw to it that I was able to see the scans that was taken on my tooth. Great experience ????

Hands down best care I have ever received in my life. Had to have a root canal done, and the infection was extremely bad. They were fast to get me in, Dr and staff extremely friendly and extremely interested in making me comfortable and getting me back to healthy! I would highly recommend this place, if I could give more stars I definitely would!

Love, love, loved this place! Dr. Tismensky was amazing! I was so scared to have a root canal done, but he talked me through the whole process as he was doing the procedure. He kept reassuring me that everything was going good and not to worry. His kind words really helped me to calm down. I have had no pain at all! No painkillers needed! I'm so glad that I drove all the way from Bloomington to see him. The staff was very nice and polite too! I highly recommend this place!

No one likes having dental work but the folks at professional endodontics were absolutely wonderful with me! Had to have very last minute root canals and they were able to work with my schedule and get me in timely and have me out of pain. Admittedly terrified of dentists and any dental procedures after past trauma, I had an anxiety attack right before starting my root canals (needed two), and both Dr. Cordon and her assistant treated me wonderfully! They allowed me the time to work through my thoughts and were unbelievably caring and attentive. My procedure had to be done in 2 parts and after the 2nd part, Dr. Cordon and her assistant again were amazing. Different assistant each visit but I can't speak highly enough about both, especially the girl that was with for the second part. Overall, I can't say enough good things about Dr. Cordon and her assistants, as well as the reception staff. Everyone I dealt with was extremely professional as well as caring. They were all so reassuring when my anxiety was getting the better of me and I never once felt judged or out of place. I need a third root canal and will definitely be scheduling after my crowns are complete for the root canals mentioned here. Thank you Dr. Cordon and professional endodontics, I have no more pain and you guys are wonderful!!

On Monday this week, I found out that I needed a root canal in preparation for a bridge. Today is Wednesday of the same week and I was in the office with Dr. Tismensky. Overall experience was excellent. Dr. Tismensky was personable, and explained what he was doing as he was doing it, and the root canal was finished before I realized how much time had gone by. I also found the rest of the staff that I had interacted with to be equally friendly.
