Pritchard Orthodontics

I’ve been going to Pritchard orthodontics for about a year now and I must say that I couldn’t want to be anywhere else. I have had no problems ever with them or difficulties and they have always been supportive of my treatment and tell me how to take care of my teeth to make sure they have the best result. The way that the workers and Dr Pritchard treat you is so amazing and they treat with so much respect. They make it a safe environment here. If you’re looking for a place to help your teeth I’d certainly recommend Pritchard Orthodontics for your treatment plan.

I love this orthodontic, the staff is SO nice, patient, and kind. They always do such a good job on me. Their always so gentle, whether it is about braces, etc or you as a person. The staff treat you like a friend/person not as a patient. And I am SOO happy with the advancement with my teeth since I have came here. Would 1000% recommend this place, love the people/service here!!?❤️

First time family for orthodontic care! We couldn’t be more pleased! Free consultation with ALL the options, including full X-rays, pictures, no pressure energy and very informative discussion and explanations to where both me and my 10 year old understood in full detail. My daughter says, “the staff are all so nice, and very gentle with her”. We recommend Pritchard 110% we have 3 more kiddos to add to the Pritchard family!

Pritchard Orthodontics is the 11 on a scale of 1-10. I wish I could give more than 5 stars. This is based on my experience as both a parent of multiple patients, and an adult patient myself. Dr. Pritchard is so pleasant to speak with, he listens carefully to patient and/or parent questions and concerns, then thoroughly addresses them. His knowledge, talent, and skills are evident in his results. He goes above and beyond in offering multiple pathways to achieve the patient's desired results. The support staff and technicians are friendly and helpful. They work hard to find solutions to any problems, whether they are physical discomfort, logistical, or financial. The patience and accommodating service these people demonstrate is beyond customer service. It's a little suspicious actually... like they genuinely enjoy their work and helping people (gasp!), a rare thing these days. It's obvious to me that this practice isn't just a team in words, but a team in spirit. I cannot recommend them enough.

Highly recommend Pritchard Orthodontics! My son is a new patient here (in phase 1 braces/expander) and we're extremely pleased with his treatment so far. The consultation was free of charge and everything was explained throughly & offering options. My son (who is 10) had his own questions for the team and they have all been answered with kindness and him having a full understanding of each step along the way. He also loved the goodies he was given when he got his braces on, going that extra mile for patients (especially younger ones) does not go unnoticed! We appreciate all staff members and Dr. Pritchard for helping us as we've entered in this orthodontic journey and would absolutely refer them to anyone seeking Orthodontic work.
