Premier Dental

We were lucky to discover Premier dental when we moved to the area. I just love the entire staff!! Caring, knowledgeable, and skilled. Dr Crumbaugh fit me in yesterday, even though she was fully booked, and took the time to make my smile perfect again - It was not a quick procedure. This is the second time that Premier dental has taken care of me and fit me in last minute. Highly recommend you couldn’t find a better dentist in the area.

I recently changed dentist. My experience here was outstanding. Both the dental work and staff engagement was the best I’ve ever had the pleasure of being around. I actually almost had fun. Think about that. To my surprise, they also offer a sleep apnea service which complies with my health insurance and does not require an over night stay at a separate facility. The study takes place at home. I look forward working through this process. Thank you

Went in for a cleaning, Sam was very nice and professional and after examining my teeth she recommended “deep cleaning” that the insurance doesn’t cover and that it would cost $75 I agreed and after she was done the front desk charged me $112 and refused to honour Sam’s word. I double checked with my insurance and they said I should only pay $59, I went back to them and they still said”we don’t know why Sam said $75 and we will not refund your money until we get paid by your insurance” The claim is already approved by my insurance and shows under patients claims!!!??? By law you have to inform your patient about procedures and costs before you do them. I feel deceived and will never go back until they own responsibility to what they did and refund me the difference. Update! I wish there was a zero review!! I got my refund back and a letter saying that I’m not welcomed back!!!

I had the worst experience with a previous dental office that it scared me away from all dentist for a while. I came in and everyone was so pleasant and inviting. They were super detailed with their work as well. It gave me a comfort feeling. I’m looking forward to a long lasting relationship with them now!

It was my first time to go to Premier Dental. I felt like I was walking in the door of a family member. Very very friendly and helpful.
