Dr. Warsame really listened and was so attentive to my needs. He made my root canal experience way less stressful. The staff there were super friendly. I totally recommend them! ??

We LOVED precious smiles. Every single staff member from reception to the tech to the dentist were super friendly. Everyone spoke to my daughter directly & made her feel comfortable. They used kid-friendly approach and told her what they were doing to her mouth every step of the way. “Let’s count your teeth!” They explained everything to me, too. I’m very skeptical of dentists as an adult. I’ve had terrible experiences at several locations. I decided a long time ago dentists were just scam artists.. I cleanest spending a fortune and worst off than when I went in. I felt like we were in really good hands. They didn’t push any extra services on us. There weren’t any sales pitches. They evaluated her tooth injury, did a routine cleaning, ran our insurance, & we were on our way. 10/10, would recommend. I wish I could get my teeth worked on here!

Precious smile is one of the best dentist in Columbus, my mom had an teeth extraction, and Dr Warsame Mohammed did an phenomenal job, he took the wisdom teeth out so smoothly. Warsan, the receptionist, she was very responsive, did an great job on calling in medicines, right after we need it, she went above and beyond to provide us quality of care. Kuddos to all the team.

I'm new here and feeling my way thru ..when I tell u this is the best decision I've made thus far. The staff is kind helpful and knowledgeable. Literally had the best cleaning I've ever had in my life and I was educated along the way. The front desk really sets the tone for your visit. I am really pleased!

This is one of the WORST dentist offices I have ever seen in my life!!! Please RUN away from this place if you have kids or if you have special need kids too! They just steal insurance money and deny good care for children and my child who has disability was refused a X-ray and the technician didn’t even give him proper cleaning. I requested a X-ray and they refused and my kid has worse cavity that could have been caught early PLEASE run away from this scam of fake dentist office shame on you for refusing proper dental care for children with disabilities!!!!! New EDIT in remark to your comment: Are you really that bold to lie publicly that you don’t see children with special needs? You saw my child. So when I came to your office why didn’t you refer us to pediatric dentist? Why take our money multiple times We came to your office. I will now have to file a complaint with board of dentistry against this practice for neglecting the rights of children with disabilities. You messed with the wrong mom - nice try lying you. Shame on you!!
